I usually drink the Swiss Miss packaged hot cocoa and thought I'd see if this compares. Some family members might say they don't think it's creamy enough because it's mixed with water instead of milk but I think it's comparable to the package of it. I really love this k-cup!

My kids and I use the single swiss miss hot chocolate pods in our Keurig and think it was the best invention ever. You get the right combination of mix and water every time and the best is how you don't need to stir and stir. It is ready to drink immediately.

We have tried every brand of Hot Chocolate and have been so disappointed in the flavor. I was so excited to see the Swiss Miss available. My kids were skeptical because we had so many fails before. But WOW it tastes just like it should. We make it on a small cup and it tastes just like the instant stuff that we already love. My kids are over-joyed that they can finally make something they love to drink with the Keurig!

Would not recommend buying this. You would have to use 2 or 3 K-cups to get enough flavor for a single cup. (Which then makes it VERY expensive for a single cup!) Very watery, bland taste. Best to just get the packets of hot cocoa, and use hot water...plus you get marshmallows then!

I was very excited when I got my Keurig for Christmas because I could use it for Hot Cocoa. After having tried it, the after taste tastes like the plastic reservoir.I even used My K Cup to pour in the Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Mix from the packets and encountered the same problem.

I *think* what happens is when the water first enters the Swiss Miss K-Cup, the cocoa globs up inside the cup and causes enough backpressure to shut down our brewer. When I start the brewer back up, I have to select the lowest size, otherwise it will overflow the cup. Trying to just get a cup of cocoa is a hassle. When we get one, it tastes very good (so not a 1-star) - but we won't buy this again.

ive tried cafe escapes dark chocolate and milk chocolate and honestly i like this one best. The reason is it's like the hot cocoa id buy in the store. It is smooth aeromatic and is only missing the little marshmellows that come with it in the store. to me the dark chocolate tastes too strong (more like slightly sweetened bakers chocolate) and the milk chocolate tastes too watery no mater what cup setting i tried. I would say this in the middle of the 2. also if you have someone with a nut allergy in your home they can enjoy this as well unlike the cafe escapes hot chocolates

This is by far the best of all the hot chocolate K-Cups out there! Definitely the most flavor, and not watery at all. Even has that little foamy/bubble layer at the top like when you make it on your own. I use the 7-oz setting, but can sometimes stretch it to 9-oz. The water never runs clear on the 7-oz setting as it does with other brands I've tried, even toward the end of the brew, and the chocolate is as thick as can be. I am SO glad it's finally available here at Keurig.com!

I bought this at the grocery store, and was very excited to try it. I made it with the 8oz portion first, but found it a little weak. The 6oz portion tastes better. Be sure to shake the cup a little before you brew it, and run an empty cycle (without a Kcup) after you make it. I tossed a few mini marshmallows on top of mine, the kid in me couldn't resist!

After trying other hot cocoa K Cups (Green Mountain) and being highly disappointed (so were the kids), I was very skeptical to try this one. But I was pleasantly surprised! It's delicious and tastes just like the Swiss Miss packets. We brew it on the middle setting (8 oz) and it's the perfect flavor, not watered down at all.
