I am a card carrying member of the sweet tooth club.. this made me nauseous.. ugh...you might as well eat sugar straight from the bag.. my taste buds were violated big time.. wasted money

Its not as rich as hot chocolate using milk- but if you like hot chocolate with a water base - its pretty tasty for being so easy! Great to have on hand for guests who may not want coffee- but still have the ease of the Keurig!

I love Swiss Miss packets, mixed with hot water. However, I tried several of these in my K-brewer. Very watery, with a strange metallic taste. Did not taste like chocolate at all.

I have loved Swiss Miss in the packets and thought that their K-Cup version would be good too. Boy was I wrong! This stuff leaves a HORRIBLE aftertaste. Anyone want to buy 23 K-Cups of Swiss Miss? Cheap????

A decent hot cocoa.Tastes just like the store bought packets. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I prefer a little more chocolate taste. Overall happy. Waiting for Keurig to come out with a rich hot cocoa.

Very tasty. I always add mini marshmallows. Wonderful for warming up after outside on a cold day. Have bought multiple times and dend to my granddaughters at college.

I was so disappointed in this K-cup. I really thought this was going to be amazing and I was sadly mistaken. It leaves a horrible after taste in your mouth and it cannot even come close to the excellent flavor of a true Swiss Miss packet.

I used the 8 oz setting and the hot chocolate was very watery with little flavor. I doubt even a 6 oz setting would help. This is the most bland hot chocolate I have ever had. For a big brand name behind it, I'd expect more. Very dissapointed.

Always have loved Swiss Miss hot chocolate but with the K-cups the product leaves a lot to be desired. I usually have to use two cups just to get enough flavor for one cup of hot cocoa. I don't think I will purchase this again!!!!

This is a nice cup of hot. Cocoa! I bought a different brand and it was terrible but this one is really good. Since its close to the holidays I was able to purchase some peppermint bark chocolate and I broke off a piece in my Swiss miss and it made me think of am old fashioned Christmas!
