I purchased this brand because it was rated 4 star. My other brand was 10x better and had that rich cocoa taste. This lacked taste and flavor it was rather bland. Can't trust those stars :)

We bought this in my local supermarket because my husband likes hot chocolate. I tried a pod just now and had to dump it down the sink after just a couple of sips. It tasted just a shade above hot water. What happened!

Of the choices in K-cup cocoas, this is the best! You don't have to add anything to make it taste good. It's everything you expect from a cocoa not made from whole milk and chocolate shavings.

I was so disappointed in this K-cup. I really thought this was going to be amazing and I was sadly mistaken. It leaves a horrible after taste in your mouth and it cannot even come close to the excellent flavor of a true Swiss Miss packet.

Too bad this has SUCRALOSE instead of sugar or stevia. Will not be buying. I can not find a hot chocolate for this machine that does not have artificial sweetner.

Its not as rich as hot chocolate using milk- but if you like hot chocolate with a water base - its pretty tasty for being so easy! Great to have on hand for guests who may not want coffee- but still have the ease of the Keurig!

I love Swiss Miss packets, mixed with hot water. However, I tried several of these in my K-brewer. Very watery, with a strange metallic taste. Did not taste like chocolate at all.

A decent hot cocoa.Tastes just like the store bought packets. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I prefer a little more chocolate taste. Overall happy. Waiting for Keurig to come out with a rich hot cocoa.

I have loved Swiss Miss in the packets and thought that their K-Cup version would be good too. Boy was I wrong! This stuff leaves a HORRIBLE aftertaste. Anyone want to buy 23 K-Cups of Swiss Miss? Cheap????

This is a nice cup of hot. Cocoa! I bought a different brand and it was terrible but this one is really good. Since its close to the holidays I was able to purchase some peppermint bark chocolate and I broke off a piece in my Swiss miss and it made me think of am old fashioned Christmas!
