We bought this in my local supermarket because my husband likes hot chocolate. I tried a pod just now and had to dump it down the sink after just a couple of sips. It tasted just a shade above hot water. What happened!

I was so disappointed in this K-cup. I really thought this was going to be amazing and I was sadly mistaken. It leaves a horrible after taste in your mouth and it cannot even come close to the excellent flavor of a true Swiss Miss packet.

I used the 8 oz setting and the hot chocolate was very watery with little flavor. I doubt even a 6 oz setting would help. This is the most bland hot chocolate I have ever had. For a big brand name behind it, I'd expect more. Very dissapointed.

The first two ingredients are sugar & corn syrup, so the addition of sucralose seems a little over-the-top & serves only to prevent people from consuming this beverage. Sucralose is probably the weird aftertaste others are complaining about as well.

I add a good bit of 1/2 and 1/2 when I make this and occasionally, I put some whipped cream on top - real whipped cream. I don't use anything that is non-fat.

Linda, Sylmar, Ca. stated she had to cut open the pods to remove the remaining power: if she would shake the pods before brewing (the cocoa powder cakes), she will find "ALL" the contents will be mixed.

This is better than the packets of Swiss Miss. I like my hot cocoa stronger ,so I use the 6 or 8 ounce setting as the 10 ounce seems watered down. I definately will buy this again!

Make sure you brew at a regular brew size, if you go large or travel mug the product can get watery. Other than that, it's the same swiss miss taste I remember from when I was a kid. \

I love Swiss Miss packets, mixed with hot water. However, I tried several of these in my K-brewer. Very watery, with a strange metallic taste. Did not taste like chocolate at all.

Its not as rich as hot chocolate using milk- but if you like hot chocolate with a water base - its pretty tasty for being so easy! Great to have on hand for guests who may not want coffee- but still have the ease of the Keurig!
