I've tried other hot chocolate kcups, but the Swiss Miss tastes the best by far. I'm glad it's now available on Keurigs website! If you add an ounce or two of half and half to your cup as the kcup brews, you'll never have it any other way! As the box recommends, use the 8 ounce setting or the chocolate flavor will taste weak.

Our office was purchasing the new Swiss Miss K cups when we could find them at the grocery store. We are happy that now we can buy them in bulk online. The folks in the office give if high marks. And I can say after tasting the other varieties of cocoas which lacked flavor and watery. Swiss Miss hits the mark! Thank you

This hot cocoa was a pleasant surprise. I brewed a medium size cup, added some Baileys Irish Cream and a handful of marshmallows while it was brewing and when it was finished it was like melted marshmallow and chocolate bliss! Also works well with Frangelico and marshmallows! Great warmer upper on a cold day, along with a blanket, some fuzzy slippers and a good book!

Great taste. Just add a little whipped cream and marshmallows and you're in heaven. Was worried about swiss miss because with the packages unless you use milk as opposed to water it isn't all that great. Very surprised to find i'd be addicted to these though! Deff buying again soon almost out already.

No where do the ingredients appear for the Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate K cups. The box doesn't say diet. I expect real sugar. This artificial sweetener has sulfur in it acesulfame potassium, like saccharin dies. Lots of people are allergic to these. There needs to be a warning label on the box. I'm now short of breath and my esophagus is closing. It's really criminal that companies don't put ingredients in their descriptions. It tasted artificial and somewhat weak at 8 oz, not, like real cocoa

ive tried cafe escapes dark chocolate and milk chocolate and honestly i like this one best. The reason is it's like the hot cocoa id buy in the store. It is smooth aeromatic and is only missing the little marshmellows that come with it in the store. to me the dark chocolate tastes too strong (more like slightly sweetened bakers chocolate) and the milk chocolate tastes too watery no mater what cup setting i tried. I would say this in the middle of the 2. also if you have someone with a nut allergy in your home they can enjoy this as well unlike the cafe escapes hot chocolates

We have tried every brand of Hot Chocolate and have been so disappointed in the flavor. I was so excited to see the Swiss Miss available. My kids were skeptical because we had so many fails before. But WOW it tastes just like it should. We make it on a small cup and it tastes just like the instant stuff that we already love. My kids are over-joyed that they can finally make something they love to drink with the Keurig!

The Swiss Miss cocoa is amazing! I was kind of worried the K-cup was not going to deliver and the chocolate flavor would be watered down. Boy was I wrong! This is THE best cocoa for the Keurig machine. It tastes exactly like heating up the water in the microwave and pouring in the cocoa packet. Great flavor and I spend less time making it! Perfect in my book.

I tried this when I found it in the store. Thought I'd take a chance since other reviews for hot chocolate were not so good. I'm glad I did and now have a cup every night before going to bed. I started with the 8 oz. size and found it rich enough to go to the 10 oz. setting. This one seems just right. If you put a dab of creamer in it's even better. (a tip my sister gave me) With that I was even rich enough for the 12 oz. setting. Mmm Mmm Good. It leaves a little powder at the bottom but a few swirls mixes it back in. The pack recommends shaking the K-cup first.

Swiss Miss makes an awesome packet hot coco. The Keurig system does not get ALL of the powder out of the cup, which means LESS hot coco flavor in YOUR brewed cup. The only way "I" got full flavor was to open the keurig cup then pour it into my mug, run the hot water in, stir...WILL NOT BUY AGAIN!
