I've drank Swiss Miss for years and never had that happen till lately, the cocoa seemed alright so I cut out the top of the pod and dumped the ball of cocoa in a dish and just broke up the ball with a fork. How these got moisture and formed a ball is beyond me.

Honestly I would stick to packets. They are much cheaper. What I do is empty a packet into a mug and select the 8oz. Size and just dispense the hot water. I do use other k kups that I really like but some are just not worth it if you can buy packets, like the Swiss Miss.

Why does this have Sucralose when it already has sugar. Save that for the fewer calories version or something. I just tried my sample expecting heaven and was so disappointed when I tasted the fake sweetener IMMEDIATELY. I have a box coming that I don't even want now.

I am NOT a coffee drinker, bought this for my coffee drinkers in the family. However, I love hot chocolate. I have found the Swiss Miss k-cup to have the best chocolaty taste of the K-cups. Found if I put about 2-4oz of milk in my cup before brewing, I also get that creamier richer taste. =)

Really? This stuff is not very good and it is way overpriced. If anything, this should cost far less than a coffee K-Cup. However it is, on average, several dollars more. This stuff is also artificially sweetened with Sucralose and that is a huge turn off for me. You can buy a whole box of Swiss Miss Hot cocoa that is not artificially sweetened for about $2.00. Why would antyone waste their money on this stuff?

The aroma was so pleasant. But then I tasted it and immediately knew it had an artificial sweetener. A really nasty aftertaste as well. What is the point of that? Let us add our own real sugar. Even adding marshmallows didn't make it better. What a waste of money. I cannot recommend this.

In our area this product is very hard to find. That is a shame. The other hot chocolates we tried were watery and just didn't have that great of chocolate flavor. When it comes to hot chocolate you can not beat Swiss Miss. Hopefully this product will be made more available.

I was so excited for it but it tasted awful, the aftertaste of stevia or some other sweetener, it's too watery and has no chocolate flavor, more of artificial vanilla and a bunch of sweetener. It's really sad I wasted money and have to get rid of it now

Add some cream to this and it is a quick, tasty cup of hot chocolate. I also keep a ketchup squirt bottle of sweetened condensed milk in the fridge and if I want something really sweet and rich tasting, I dribble some of that in it. I keep a supply of this - especially good during cold weather.

Was hoping for more. I can't say these tasted as good as the regular powder packs, which while less convenient do offer the advantage of being approximately 1/3 the price of the K-cup variety. The flavor was simply lackluster, watery and uninspired. Hoping to get a more chocolatey, full-flavor K-cup soon.
