I have used this brand of hot cocoa for years and was very disappointed with it in the K-cup. I tried making it in an 11 oz first and it was too watery, so I tried a 6 oz size and it was just as bad. I will stick to the cocoa packets that I love! I hope Swiss Miss improves the k-cups.

I bought a Keurig and have been trying to find K-cups that fit to my liking. And so far, Swiss miss hot chocolate is the only ones I like. It tastes just like hot chocolate made at home. I have tried other hot chocolates made my other brands in the k-cups and they were not as good. Definitely recommend and this is all I drink.

Really? This stuff is not very good and it is way overpriced. If anything, this should cost far less than a coffee K-Cup. However it is, on average, several dollars more. This stuff is also artificially sweetened with Sucralose and that is a huge turn off for me. You can buy a whole box of Swiss Miss Hot cocoa that is not artificially sweetened for about $2.00. Why would antyone waste their money on this stuff?

In our area this product is very hard to find. That is a shame. The other hot chocolates we tried were watery and just didn't have that great of chocolate flavor. When it comes to hot chocolate you can not beat Swiss Miss. Hopefully this product will be made more available.

I just bought my first box of Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa for my Keurig. I found it to be extremely sweet. When I looked at the ingredients, I was shocked that it not only had sugar but corn syrup and sucralose as well. Sucralose is the last item on the list and this is not packaged as a diet item so I assumed that this product did not have any artificial sweeteners in it. I am very sensitive to these sweeteners and suffer from migraines. I am very disappointed with this product and will have to give the rest of these K-cups away.

The aroma was so pleasant. But then I tasted it and immediately knew it had an artificial sweetener. A really nasty aftertaste as well. What is the point of that? Let us add our own real sugar. Even adding marshmallows didn't make it better. What a waste of money. I cannot recommend this.

Add some cream to this and it is a quick, tasty cup of hot chocolate. I also keep a ketchup squirt bottle of sweetened condensed milk in the fridge and if I want something really sweet and rich tasting, I dribble some of that in it. I keep a supply of this - especially good during cold weather.

I was so excited for it but it tasted awful, the aftertaste of stevia or some other sweetener, it's too watery and has no chocolate flavor, more of artificial vanilla and a bunch of sweetener. It's really sad I wasted money and have to get rid of it now

This is one of the best K-Cup hot cocoa's I have ever tasted in my Keurig. The only bad thing about it is some cocoa ends up at the bottom but if you just tilt the cup back and forth a few times the cocoa will get mixed in with the rest. I have a feeling I will be buying it in bulk sometime soon!!!!

I drink a cup of this every morning. And love it! just ordered 3 new boxes and they are all disgusting. Did they change the recipe??? There is too much vanilla taste and no chocolate. I will be calling the company but wondered if anyone knew anything?
