Watered down taste.

I was skeptical when I first tried this, as all the other hot chocolate k-cups I have tried in the past were watery even on a 6 oz setting and left strange after-tastes. The Swiss Miss k-cups are wonderful. I use an 8 oz setting and the result is a smooth, not-too-rich-not-too-weak chocolaty flavored beverage. Plus, you don't even have to stir it ! Every sip is as good as the first, even when you get to the bottom. I prefer the k-cup Swiss Miss over the regular because of this. No hot cocoa will ever be as good as real hot chocolate (made with fresh milk and chocolate shavings) but these k-cups still hit the spot.

Why does this have Sucralose when it already has sugar. Save that for the fewer calories version or something. I just tried my sample expecting heaven and was so disappointed when I tasted the fake sweetener IMMEDIATELY. I have a box coming that I don't even want now.

I got the Swiss Miss cups with my Keurig 2.0, and I'm sad to say that I really disliked them. I usually love Swiss Miss cocoa, and at first thought it was just that I usually make mine with milk. But the aftertaste was terrible, and so I only drank a couple of cups. When I took a closer look at the packaging, I realized that while these do contain corn syrup and real sugar, they also contain sucralose, an artificial sweetener that I personally avoid because it is a migraine trigger. It is the last ingredient on the list, so probably just contains a very small quantity, but that begs the question, why add it in the first place? I'd much rather have normal Swiss Miss mix that doesn't have the artificial garbage in it, and the caloric difference couldn't be that great. I guarantee the flavor would be much improved.

This is a what you see is what you get kind of product. It tastes just like the SwissMiss instant cocoa. Very good, non-watery chocolatey flavor. When I'm craving something sweet, I will brew a cup of the cocoa and a cup of regular coffee and mix them together... a delicious afternoon pick me up!

I love my Keurig - for coffee. After trying all the hot chocolate/tea k-cups I've decided my Keurig is strictly for coffee. You wouldn't make hot chocolate or tea in a regular coffee maker - it's no different with the Keurig - doesn't make any sense. Bottom line: Hot chocolate/tea made in the Keurig tastes terrible.

I love Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa/Hot Chocolate and was really disappointed with this. This K-cup version had an unpleasant flavor and left a bad after taste in my mouth. Not sure what I will do with the rest of the K-cups since I've only used one and they are not returnable. I will stick to the regular packages of Swiss Miss.
