The aroma was so pleasant. But then I tasted it and immediately knew it had an artificial sweetener. A really nasty aftertaste as well. What is the point of that? Let us add our own real sugar. Even adding marshmallows didn't make it better. What a waste of money. I cannot recommend this.

I was surprised when I got this... and not in a good way. When brewing it, it smelled delicious! I was curious to see how much was left in the k-cup and was surprised to see quite a bit clumped in the bottom. I threw the K-cup away and added a few marshmallows and sat down in my comfy chair to watch a movie. I took my first sip and was frustrated. It smelled great but left a really strange feel in my mouth. I used the medium cup setting and the flavor was ok (although I would have liked it a little stronger). I just couldn't get used to that weird feel. I think for my swiss miss hot chocolate I will go for the powdered packets instead. It is a little more work but much better than this k-cup. The kids thought it was fine but they will drink just about anything with sugar!

This is a what you see is what you get kind of product. It tastes just like the SwissMiss instant cocoa. Very good, non-watery chocolatey flavor. When I'm craving something sweet, I will brew a cup of the cocoa and a cup of regular coffee and mix them together... a delicious afternoon pick me up!

I am NOT a coffee drinker, bought this for my coffee drinkers in the family. However, I love hot chocolate. I have found the Swiss Miss k-cup to have the best chocolaty taste of the K-cups. Found if I put about 2-4oz of milk in my cup before brewing, I also get that creamier richer taste. =)

In our area this product is very hard to find. That is a shame. The other hot chocolates we tried were watery and just didn't have that great of chocolate flavor. When it comes to hot chocolate you can not beat Swiss Miss. Hopefully this product will be made more available.

I drink a cup of this every morning. And love it! just ordered 3 new boxes and they are all disgusting. Did they change the recipe??? There is too much vanilla taste and no chocolate. I will be calling the company but wondered if anyone knew anything?
