It had a good rich flavor I'd give it four and a half stars , but I only have the option of four or five.

I enjoy homemade hot chocolate with more milk. My grandsons are coming to visit and I got this for them. I found a splash of whole milk made this perfect.

Very weak in my opinion.. I usually add a tablespoon to make it to my liking. I also add some marshmallows. Taste and strength are always subjective. Taste is very good but wish it was substantially stronger.

I love the Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa! I add several marshmallows just like when I was a kid and sip it in the warmth of my office. It takes me back to my childhood!.

I buy this for our grandsons who are fascinated with the Keurig coffee machine. They feel that they are having morning "coffee" with grandpa as they sip their Swiss Miss.

this is a great tasting hot chocolate and the fact that can easily be made on the Keurig is a blessing now I can have a cup of coffee real fast without having to boil water ....great
