Pod collapses and it won't brew. Won't buy them again. This has happened the last time I bought them. I just thought it was a bad batch. But it has happened again.

Swiss Miss is an oldie, well established product. It is very rich & creamy & always satisfying. It's perfect for those cold days & cold nights. The quality & value speak for themself with the product being around for a very long time.

This is very good but don't brew with too much water and sometimes the pods "stick". Meaning the water won't go through and we have to open and close or wiggle. Try shaking these before use.

I have been out of town, but when I returned home & opened my package I discovered the expiration date on the box of, "Swiss Miss hot cocoa mix" stated: BEST BY 29 OCT 2021! I always check the expiration date, & since this date isn't even a month out from when I purchased this product, I would have NEVER purchased this. I purchased this product to use in the upcoming months when the weather is cooler.

The cocoa tastes really great. However, I have had multiple issues with only these K-Cups not fitting properly in my Keurig. It punctures the K-Cup but the error message displays and the brew doesn't start. When you remove the K-Cup the chocolate drips out everywhere from the bottom. Multiple K-Cups from this batch has done this.

I bought this because I have children and we love to drink hot chocolate and eat candy canes in front of a fire while watching "A Christmas Story," again. There's not a lot to say other than watch the brand. Some want you to serve it over ice? Some want you to mix with water or milk? I say grab a Swiss Miss, select Strong, hit 8oz cup and add small marsh mellows. Done. Ashley

Every morning I begin the day with a Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa. Maybe, I will enjoy a second cup, as well. This has a rich chocolate taste. It makes me a little relaxed, perhaps drowsy. I really like it. I cannot run out, buy in bulk, and keep it right next to my Keurig machine.

I love Swiss Miss Brand of Hot Chocolate. This is my second time trying the K-pod version. I'm so disappointed. I shake the pod just like the instructions say yet every time I brew a pod that powder doesn't dissolve all the way and makes a weak cup of hot chocolate. I have to open the pod and dump the remaining clumpy powder into my cup.

This hot chocolate is delicious. It says it makes an 8 oz cup and I have to agree. I did a 12 oz out of habit and it was watered down too much. My son did a 10 oz and said it was also too watered down. So it's 8 oz and it's great adding the milk froth to it too. Loving it.

I purchased the Swiss Miss Hot Choc on our first order. It was not what I expected, very weak in taste with a washed out flavor. The swiss miss hot chocolate that you purchased in stores is delicious compared to the Keurig product. Would never recommend the product.
