What can be said here? It's Swiss Miss hot cocoa. You either like them or you don't. This is the same formula just in a k-cup serving size. 8oz setting gives that perfect amount while not watering down the taste.

The Swiss Miss Hot Coca Mix is good, but it is a bit "thin"...not very rich. In fact, I now make a cup in the Keurig, then add half and half, some malted chocolate and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds.

So delicious, I use the strong setting & 10 oz Perfect,Top mug with nice dollop of whipped cream.Even though I live in Florida, I do enjoy my Hot Cocoa year round !! You do have to rinse the Pod dispenser as the Hot Cocoa does leave a residue.

Not your hot chocolate from the packet. I found I have to brew this with 6oz water and it's still weak. It also has an odd after taste like a sugar substitute.

These K-Cup Pods do NOT work in my Keurig machine. Approximately 2-3 seconds after it begins to brew, the machine stops. When I open the top, there is liquid that is draining into my cup. This happened before many months ago and I just figured I got a “bad batch” or that there was a “glitch”. I decided to order it again and it's doing the same thing. I have been using Keurig K-Cup coffee pods for many years from many manufacturers and have never had a problem. It only happens with the CAFE Escapes Carmel brand and the Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate HOT COCOA. Big waste of money!!

Great flavor. Add marshmellow or whipped cream for an added punch.
