There was good flavor in the eggs, and they weren't rubbery at all even though I heated then in the microwave. Definitely recommend if you need a quick breakfast!

They are great for breakfast or even a meal anytime, especially when you're on the go. They're satisfying and packed with protein so they keep you full. The ingredients are great and they are a wonderful gluten free, low carb option. The texture was not mushy or rubbery in the slightest. They are silky smooth in texture. The veggie option was just just as delicious as the bacon. I would purchase these again and again. I wouldn't change a thing!

Tried these as a sample in the Sam's Club and they were delicious. My 2 year old granddaughter also liked them. I purchased a 4 pack and I absolutely loved them. They are quick on the go breakfast food or anytime of the day food. Went back to Sam's and purchased 2 -4 packs for myself and 2 for a co-worker. I take them to work and it's my go to breakfast. It also holds me all morning long. The sausage is good and that hint of cheese is divine. The eggs are fluffy too. I'm hooked!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Three Bridges Egg Bite in the Uncured Bacon & Cheese is a muffin shaped egg creation with bits of bacon and cheese. Fluffy egg texture. Easy to make and eat. Microwave for 90 seconds and done. There are two egg muffins in each package. Great to share, or for yourself if you are extra hungry. Both my husband and I thought these were delicious. l plan on trying more flavors.

I had such high hopes for these! When I opened the seal to the packet, it smelled good. After I warmed them, the smell was so amazing! But when I tasted them (and I took a huge bite, just knowing it'd be good) I was so disappointed. First, the texture is rubbery and a bit chalky. The sausage is kinda gross. And the for it to be three cheese, well it must be the low fat-low calorie-low anything version.

When I saw these egg bites I was sold because the prep work making eggs can be a lot when you have a little one at your feet. I microwaved these for 60 seconds, let them cool and gave one to my daughter and kept one for myself. They are extremely delicious! I could see myself eating these every day. The best part is they are toddler approved!!! She absolutely loved them. I will absolutely purchase these again and they will be a staple in our household!

I bought the sausage and I should've known better than to eat them after I smelled them when warmed. They smelled like well, a skunk. I took one bite and could do no more. I had indigestion so bad from that one bite and couldn't get the taste out of my mouth. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
