A healthier choice, made with cage free eggs. They have a great consistency and texture. The uncured bacon, blend of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses makes a satisfying start to my day.

So easy to make and if I needed to take them on the go I would easily be able to transport them. A good option for those days you don't want to cook but still want more than a bar or cereal.

I tried the Uncured Bacon and Cheese flavor. since it's a microwaveable egg product, I expected it to turn out rubbery, but was pleasantly surprised to find the texture to be fluffy and easy to cut with a fork. The bacon and cheese flavors meld perfectly to make a savory taste that didn't need any condiments to enhance the flavors. At 310 calories, don't expect this to be good for a strict diet, but it's got 20g of protein with only 1g of sugar and is gluten free, so that's a plus. Tasty, fast, and easy breakfast; it's perfect to eat at work or in a hurry!

I have had little success in making egg muffins on my own, they never turn out right. So happy I found these, they are really delicious. I love the taste, the texture and the serving size. However, they are a little pricey, but I'll bite. Hope to see more flavors in the future.
