I was so happy to see his product while on vacation. I had eaten some spicy soup and was extremely bloated and gassy. So I started taking this everyday I wasn't sure if it would helped. It didn't help my stomach got worse and worse. I Was going to the bathroom all night even woke up in the middle of sleep to use the restroom. I stopped taking it read the other reviews I feel a little better I wasn't the only one. Still so bloated and bathroom issues a week later. I'm not sure if it's due to the pills or combination of everything didn't work for me. I'll stick to a simple diet no gassy vegetables.

I have had no negative side effects and I do feel that this is helping the feelings of bloating and indigestion. The container kind of reminds me of a giant tic tac box. It is a little large compared to the amount of capsules but the flatness does make it easier to pack or put in a purse.

I've only been taking them for a couple of days now so I have yet to notice a difference. However I appreciate that I know some of the ingredients. They are also easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste. I'm hoping that I'll notice an effect soon.

I am very happy with this product. I've noticed that my digestive system seems to work a little bit more smoothly and consistently when I take this, and as a result I look less bloated and slimmer on daily basis! You do need to take this consistently to see results. I also like how easy the tablet container is to get them out, and that they don't have a bad taste. I'm very happy with this purchase!

These help “beat the bloat” and move things along. That's the only thing i've really noticed - if I take one in the morning, it feels like it moves my system along slightly faster than it wouldve on its own, however it doesn't do anything about water retention.

rating a 5 because theyre really easy to swallow, and i started to notice a change within 3 days of tsking it, im currently on day 8 and after this bottle of 25 im going to be buying another. i definitely recommend this if you bloat easily, because i would bloat from no food even, and this helps tremendously!

I take these regularly for uncomfortable bloating that I experience, especially around the time of my period. They are expensive and make you pee... a lot! Which is great for getting rid of excess water weight. I do feel better and more comfortable when I take them but don't notice and huge difference in appearance. I will say they do help, and I've been buying them and taking them as needed for several months now.

So I take this when I feel bloated with extra water weight around that time of the month; it really helps with that feeling quickly. When I feel bloated from over eating it helps a bit but somedays they work better than others. They are easy to take and the packaging is the perfect size to throw in a purse or in the console of a car to have it on the go !
