Usually by the middle of the day I feel swollen and bloated just from whatever I have been eating throughout the day. With these I just feel lighter and better!

It did cause me to use the restroom often but I was fine with that because the results were Fantastic! It got rid of my bloat in days! I had been trying to get rid of it for months. great product and I highly recommend it!

I was so happy to see his product while on vacation. I had eaten some spicy soup and was extremely bloated and gassy. So I started taking this everyday I wasn't sure if it would helped. It didn't help my stomach got worse and worse. I Was going to the bathroom all night even woke up in the middle of sleep to use the restroom. I stopped taking it read the other reviews I feel a little better I wasn't the only one. Still so bloated and bathroom issues a week later. I'm not sure if it's due to the pills or combination of everything didn't work for me. I'll stick to a simple diet no gassy vegetables.

I have had no negative side effects and I do feel that this is helping the feelings of bloating and indigestion. The container kind of reminds me of a giant tic tac box. It is a little large compared to the amount of capsules but the flatness does make it easier to pack or put in a purse.

I've only been taking them for a couple of days now so I have yet to notice a difference. However I appreciate that I know some of the ingredients. They are also easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste. I'm hoping that I'll notice an effect soon.

The capsules aren't too big and are easy to swallow. I like that these do not leave an aftertaste after taking. These have worked well for me and I will be getting more. Definitely recommend.

I just started taking these and I take them first thing in the morning before my coffee/ routine. I do feel like I'm not retaining so much water / bloat but I'm going to continue to take them and see if I notice big effects. I do feel like they are over priced but we'll see if they're worth it and I'll buy another bottles once this runs out

I loveee these! I take them the night before or morning of when I'm feeling a little bit bloated or want to curb the bloat later! Packaging was a little tricky to open but stayed sealed so I could easily toss the bottle in my bag for travel! A little pricey but worth it!

I take these regularly for uncomfortable bloating that I experience, especially around the time of my period. They are expensive and make you pee... a lot! Which is great for getting rid of excess water weight. I do feel better and more comfortable when I take them but don't notice and huge difference in appearance. I will say they do help, and I've been buying them and taking them as needed for several months now.
