I took my first dosage after two days (of cycle related) bloating. I noticed a difference /relief approximately three hours later. I'm pleased with the results. It's a capsule, so it has no taste, no odor, and also no funny tasting burps like you get from some supplements. Easy to swallow, and I noticed after the first two days that my feet, ankles and fingers were slightly less puffy. I love that it uses natural ingredients like dandelion, ginger & fennel. i am skinny from it lol but everything i eat makes me nauseous and i poop every hour and it's liquid. highly recommend if u have a strong stomach.

Usually by the middle of the day I feel swollen and bloated just from whatever I have been eating throughout the day. With these I just feel lighter and better!
