The Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt ends were such a hit at our house. Everyone in the family came back for seconds. The kids even cleaned their plates. There is a nice light smoky flavor and they come in a vacuum sealed packet that is the absolute easiest to heat up. Very fresh tasting and saved us hours at the smoker. Some had the sauce and some just ate it plain , both were very good. Great to take to get togethers and just to enjoy at home. We ate this just on the plate and some made a sandwich. Wonderful addition to our gatherings that is a bit different than the everyday carry in. We Loved it !!

I am a repeat customer for this product, which is delicious. Rated solely on taste and texture, I would be inclined to give this product a full five stars, but I give it four stars instead because the packaging is a bit deceptive. The package label indicates a net weight of 2.0 lbs, and "2 LB" appears again, more prominently, in the upper right-hand corner of the package, but customers should know that 25 percent of that weight is the 1/2-lb packet of completely unnecessary (and, in Texas, possibly illegal) sauce. So, the real unit price of these burnt ends is $16.39/lb, not $12.29/lb. Still delicious, but more expensive than they appear at first glance.

I've had authentic burnt ends so I was a little skeptical when I agreed to try Maker's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends as part of a FREE SAMPLE PROGRAM. These were awesome! It was just enough smoke flavor, with a nice crispy bark. Sometimes you get those pre-packaged meats with big pieces of fat. Not this! The sauce is what took it over the top. It was smokey with a hint of sweetness. I didn't need to use the entire packet either. With a side of slaw, I was able to make dinner for my family of four. My location needs to hurry up & get this back in stock! I was going to buy two packages & invite some friends over to enjoy. I would definitely recommend Member's Mark Burnt Ends!

Thank you to BzzAgent for allowing me to sample these Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends. We made them according to the microwave directions so it was easy and super quick. I loved that. Three of us ate and still have plenty of leftovers, so the portion size was good. The meat was not tough like I was afraid it might have been. We thought it had a good flavor. The only complaint that my husband and I had was that the meat was a tad salty. Overall it made for a good quick meal.

I started using the burnt ends in my chili. I simply prepare my favorite recipe and then add them to the chili and let things simmer a few hours. The meat is clearly tender and adds just a hint of smokiness to the pot. This is one product you will be happy you purchased. Find your own use.

I received this product as a sample. Although it's a bit pricey, it's the best microwave bbq I've had! I'd put it up against any chain restaurant that I've dined at, and it would win. I don't know if those restaurants aren't great, or that this bbq is that good. The burnt ends had a great smokey flavor and the chunks of meat were tender. They were great from the microwave and air fryer. The included sauce paired great with the meat at all.

We received this product to try as part of a free sampling. It was super easy to make, just pop in the microwave, though we had to cook it longer than suggested. We put it on buns to make sandwiches. I ate one and my 9 year old ate one. We both really liked it, though, unlike some other times when I have had burnt ends, this did actually have a bit of a burnt, as opposed to a smoked flavor. All in all, it was delicious, my kid really liked it and we would purchase again.

This was so simple and easy to make for the family after ball practice. Three minutes in the microwave and it was ready to eat. The BBQ sauce that was in a separate pouch was flavorful and had great consistency to it. The brisket burnt ends were tender and no strange pieces of gristle. Definitely would recommend this for a good fast meal idea. It's already on our meal rotation for ball practice or church nights.

Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends is a great buy for a fast, easy, and tasty meal! Very convenient for those days where there is not much time to prepare a meal, or just want an easy dinner option. It can be prepared in the microwave, oven, or airfryer. I chose to bake in the oven…preheated oven, added meat to pan, added water, covered with foil and baked for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes removed foil and turned/rearranged the pieces and baked uncovered for another 15 minutes. The pieces were tender, tasty, and juicy! The BBQ sauce that's included with the brisket is very tangy and tasty. I chose to eat it with the BBQ on the side and dip the pieces in rather than toss it all in the BBQ sauce. If you're not a big fan of BBQ sauce it was delicious without also. it was more than enough for the 3 of us…could even feed 4. I did receive this product from a free sample program, we really enjoyed this sampling and glad we were able to try it, I think I will purchase this again and try out the airfryer method to see which one I prefer.

Off the bat it was easy to prepare, just pop it out of the fridge open the package, put it in the container toss it in the microwave with a little bit of water for about 3 minutes and BAM... add the BBQ sauce and whamo! Done! Put on top of a bun and away you go. Instant dinner or lunch. First bite, it was tender but salty. I tried it first without the BBQ sauce, just to taste the meat and it was salty, added the BBQ sauce and it cut down the sauce and the sauce is sweet and tangy. Overall it was eaten by the family. Great portions, and tender beef.
