I love that this tasted authentic, tender, and flavorful all while taking only 15-20 minutes in the oven. I didn't have to marinate, cut, season - just put into a pan and cooked and then added the sauce. The entire family enjoyed. The meat was not chewy or dry.

This product is just okay. Not anything special. Many of the pieces of meat were fatty. That is something me and my family dislike with all meat items, so it made it difficult to eat. I will say it is full of flavor with a tasty sauce, and it cooked up easy which is nice for a quick meal. I don't think I'd repurchase this item.

[I received this product as part of a free sample program.] When I received my Members Mark Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends, I was excited to give them a try. Burnt ends are one of my favorite things at our local BBQ restaurant. The package doesn't look big, but the burnt ends are vacuum packed tightly and once opened, turned out to be a lot of food. I was hesitant when I noticed the preferred method of preparation was microwave, but I went ahead and followed the easy directions and within 5 minutes I was ready to feed my family. The burnt ends were delicious and meaty, without too much fat. The sauce comes in a separate packet and was a nice Kansas City style sauce. You could use your own sauce or leave it off altogether. This would be an excellent weeknight meal when you don't have much time. You could put them over mac and cheese or even make a sandwich.

This was a quick and easy meal that easily fed my family of 3. We even had leftovers! The burnt ends are juicy, flavorful and of good quality and portion. They didn't skimp on the meat, that's for sure. The BBQ packet was enough to cover the meat plus more. It made meal prep a breeze! It‘a nice for an easy meal, basically just throw them in the oven. We enjoyed them with mashed potatoes and cheesy corn. The sauce is like a sweet molasses style bbq, very sweet and sticky but good. Two of us ate, with enough leftovers to make another meal out of it. When you open the package, expectations are lowered, but I was pleasantly surprised once cooked in the oven, it perked the meat up. (Make sure to wrap it tight in the oven, so the moisture won't escape and dry out the meat, and to follow the cooking directions by adding the water stated.) For an already cooked and prepped meat, it's pretty good. It's easy for a day you want a little break from cooking. Also, the price is fair, since you get 2# of meat, burnt ends no less (best of the bbq meats). For two people it's hard to justify, but it was two meals for us. (I wrapped the meat tossed in the bbq sauce in puff pastry—I highly recommend it!! I'd rather eat out at a bbq place, but if you don't have one, I would substitute this. These seem a lot less greasy and less salty than bbq restaurants, so that's another plus. I've tried these burnt ends using both preparations explained on the box. DO NOT use the microwave option, it makes it dry and chewy, and just not worth it. I received this product for free in return for my honest review.

I warmed this up following the oven instructions and served it to some unexpected guests. It was quick and easy to prepare and was a hit. I received this item as part of a feee sample program and decided to serve it on Super Bowl Sunday. It was a HUGE HIT! There was not one person who tried it who didn't like it. And it was super easy to prepare! It served 6 people easily and there were leftovers. So that was great! Definitely worth the price. And id definitely recommend!

I received this brisket burnt ends free for a promotion. I prepared the recommended way which was by microwave and the meat turned out moist and tender. My husband and I both agreed there was too much fat on it and it was a little too salty for our liking. We both aren't fans of the Kansas style bbq sauce but it was ok. We ended up added a different sauce to enjoy it with. I would recommend if you want something for a quick week night dinner.
