I received this product as part of a free sample program. I thought the overall ease of being able to make this in a few minutes in the microwave was great. It made for a super quick weekday dinner meal. I was a little concerned at 1st that the meat pieces would be very fatty however we found that they were actually quite good and there was very minimal amount of fat. The packet of sauce that comes with the product was just the right amount amount and had a nice smoky flavor to it. I did feel however that some of the meat pieces were a bit tough and maybe that was because it was done in the microwave? If I were to purchase this product again I would try heating it up in the oven instead.

We have purchased the Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends several times now. We are always very happy with the flavor and quality of the brisket. The BBQ sauce that is included is not for everyone so we have been serving without the sauce packet. This allows everyone to choose their preferred sauce option. Most recently we served the Burnt Ends on crispy sandwich buns and it was quite a treat. Pair this with a cold chopped salad or cole slaw and you have a winning dinner option. This is a very generous portion of Brisket and it easily feeds a family of 4 with some left over. I would highly recommend giving the Member's Mark Kansas City Briskey Burnt Ends a try. I was lucky enough to receive this as part of a free sample program and have had it several times as a result. The price seems high when you look at the package in the store but it is a sufficient meal and much less expensive compared to buying a dish from a local BBQ restaurant. We do not have a BBQ place near by in our area so this is an excellent option for my family.

I received this as a free sample, but I will definitely be getting this again. The meat and the sauce are packaged separately within a microwave safe container. The rub, made with brown sugar and coffee, means that this barbecue tastes fantastic even without sauce. I felt that the included barbecue sauce was very sweet, would recommend using it as a dip or substituting your own barbecue sauce.

I received this product for free in exchange of my honest opinion. This was a big hit with myself and my kids. The beef brisket burnt ends were very easy to prepare in our air fryer. The package contained a good mix of beefy and fatty pieces. We chose to eat them without the BBQ sauce and still found them full of flavor. We regularly use a smoker to prepare our meats. It was nice and convenient to have a smoked meat already prepared. Some bites were a little smokier than I prefer but it wasn't every bite. The pieces also contained a visible smoke ring confirming the cooking method. Overall, I loved the convenience of these the most. I would recommend them to anyone who enjoys smoked meat, especially brisket. The flavor and texture are pretty spot on to what we do at home. I wish they left the brown sugar out as we try to avoid it in everyday eating, but it isn't a deal breaker if I get a hankering for brisket.

I received these Member's Mark Kansas City beef brisket burnt ends as part of a free sample program and so glad I did. They came in a fairly large container and fed my whole family. The burnt ends themselves were as simple to prepare as ever. All you have to do is pop them in the microwave and your good to go. I even had left overs for lunch the next day, super convenient. They had a great flavor. I would recommend if you have the time to cook them in an over or toaster oven rather than a microwave though. Some of them became a little rubbery and because of the nature of the meat itself, there was quite a bit of fat. For the price, I'm not sure it was worth it, they are a bit pricey but I still say you should definitely check them out.

I received the Members Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends as a free product promotion. My husband and I both agreed the flavor of these were fantastic. It was deliciously, smoky and had the yummy, brisket-y flavor that I love. My husband was a bit disappointed that there wasn't more fat. I, however, thought it was a great fat to meat ratio. The chunks of meat were tender and almost fell apart. It was a bit dry but likely due to how we heated it and didn't include the BBQ sauce. My kids also really loved it and they chose to enjoy it with the provided BBQ sauce that they said was really good. In my opinion, the flavor was so great, it didn't need any sauce. All in all, I would purchase this item if I had a hankering for a brisket or to include for a special occasion dinner. I would not be able to purchase it on the regular because of the price point. (I understand the cost of brisket, so not knocking Members Mark, just stating what would work for our budget)

Received this as a promotional item the other day. It was quick to cook, use the air fryer. The sauce was good, but not great. If you don't like sweet BBQ sauce I would look at another BBQ item. A lot of food, made three meals with the additions of sides.

It‘a nice for an easy meal, basically just throw them in the oven. We enjoyed them with mashed potatoes and cheesy corn. The sauce is like a sweet molasses style bbq, very sweet and sticky but good. Two of us ate, with enough leftovers to make another meal out of it. When you open the package, expectations are lowered, but I was pleasantly surprised once cooked in the oven, it perked the meat up. (Make sure to wrap it tight in the oven, so the moisture won't escape and dry out the meat, and to follow the cooking directions by adding the water stated.) For an already cooked and prepped meat, it's pretty good. It's easy for a day you want a little break from cooking. Also, the price is fair, since you get 2# of meat, burnt ends no less (best of the bbq meats). For two people it's hard to justify, but it was two meals for us. (I wrapped the meat tossed in the bbq sauce in puff pastry—I highly recommend it!! I'd rather eat out at a bbq place, but if you don't have one, I would substitute this. These seem a lot less greasy and less salty than bbq restaurants, so that's another plus. I've tried these burnt ends using both preparations explained on the box. DO NOT use the microwave option, it makes it dry and chewy, and just not worth it. I received this product for free in return for my honest review.

I received these as part of a free sample program and I'm so glad I did! I absolutely loved the Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends. The beef comes in a sealed bag which is itself in a sealed plastic container. Inside you'll also find a package of barbecue sauce. These are simple to cook. I put the amount I wanted to serve into a microwavable container, then added a little bit of water, covered, then put in the microwave for just a few minutes while mixing about halfway through. I then poured some of the barbacue sauce into the bowl and mixed everything together. I first enjed eating the burnt ends on their own. I then put some onto a bun to make a sandwich. They are so juicy and tender. They taste extremely fresh. I appreciate that all the pieces are approximately the same size, nothing extremely big or extremely small. I have to mention that I could also taste the brown sugar seasoning that was added. This gave them a nice sweetness. Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends were absolutely delicious and I highly recommend!

The best dinner and left overs I didn't want to share!! The flavor of these burnt ends is so good, they were moist packed full of flavor (and that's before adding the delicious bbq sauce, which made them even more wonderful). I cooked them in the airfryer and they came out fantastic, it was so easy to make. There was enough to not only feed 4 of us for dinner, but also have leftovers for lunch the next day. These rib tips were so good, my kid requests it regularly for dinner!
