I received these from a free sample program. Actually I got them twice and the first time they were AMAZING! My whole family loved them and they were perfect. The second go round was not as great. They didn't cook as evenly, they seemed too salty, just all around not as great. So it's disappointing that it's hit or Miss but did still really enjoy.

Our family thought that this meaty dish was DELICIOUS! We served it on buns and made sandwiches. Everyone gave it rave reviews. The flavor was exceptional and the portion size was perfect for a family of 4. We will most definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Brisket is my favorite food. Sometimes I don't have time to cook one, so I tried the Member's Mark Burnt Ends. My husband and kids all liked it, too. It was a little bit salty to me, but I had some coleslaw with it to even it out. It was super easy to cook. I cooked it in the oven, not the microwave.

It was different to have the "burnt ends" glad to taste this (free sample program) as I would normally probably stay away from something with the worst burnt in the description. I received this product as part of a free sample program. The quality of the brisket is awful and inedible. The package was full of fatty/greasy pieces. It also had an odd smell that reminded me of liquid smoke and the taste was similar to the smell. I would not purchase this item in the future.

It comes with a separate package of barbecue sauce, which we mixed it in with the meat. The sauce was a great flavor. We will definitely buy this product for future dinners. This product is worth the buy for sure.

The flavor of the sauce was good. However the ends were tough as an old boot. They were tough, chewy, and some were laced with an edge with a grizzly fat. I just recooked them and some bits softened up, but the pup is waiting patiently for his share which is 90%. Very disappointed.

I've enjoyed trying the Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends. It has a fresh pulled pork type taste, but it's beefy. I love it. It has a wonderful BBQ sauce packet the comes with it. It's a huge serving! Would work for maybe 6-8 people. It's 2 pounds worth! It's top notch flavor. It tastes like it's been smoked. It's a top quality cut of meat. So good. Would recommend!
