These things are delicious. I heated them in the microwave and my goodness... I think if you finished them in the air fryer or like broiled them to put a slight crisp on them they'd be absolutely perfect.

The flavor was very good, unfortunately it was very fatty. May buy it again just to see if we got a package that was more on the fatty side the first time. We prefer a less fatty version such as the one from the other major wholesale competitor.

They are okay. No enough BBQ sauce is provided. beware of instructions for heating 1st time they dried out really bad, second time little more tender but kinda rubbery

Excellent quality, taste and value. This is a large amount of meat and it tastes ohh soo good! I highly recommend everyone to try this out. Bring it to a bbq and everyone will think your a great chef.

I tried this today for my family and we were all blown away. This tastes like burnt ends you would get in a top bbq place! And the ease of use! Wow! I will be buying this again and recommending this to many friends.

Took this to an evening meeting with wine. Big hit with friends who all wanted to know where I got it. They were pleasantly surprised to know it was from Sam's. I expect to see it again at one of our "meetings."

Good sauce, meat not so tender. I was hoping these would be as delicious as burnt ends at restaurants that serve them. The meat was too sturdy and required some serious chewing. Good taste, but not as soft as I want or expect.

These seasoned bbq beef brisket burnt ends are very tasty, tender, nicely portioned & so delicious! Reasonably priced. We bbq'd for the 4th & I put them in a grill pan to warm while cooking with sauce. My family loved them, sooo flavorful!

Have seen product around in different stores and decided to give it a try. As a veteran meat smoker (40 yrs), I know a little about "burnt ends" of various cuts of meat. I've experienced a bad brisket or two in my early days. This product failed way short of expectations. Only about 30% of the product was edible. The rest was gristle, fat or tough marbling that made you think you were chewing a rubber eraser. The most shocking thing was the saltiness of the product. I'm a salt addict but I have never tasted anything so salty.

These were a minimum of 1/3 totally white solid fat. We followed the Air Fryer directions, dumped them on paper towels and blotted the fat we could off, and they tasted like jerky, very salty, hard and inedible. We pitched it all. This is the worst product Sams has ever carried. Member's Mark products are usually wonderful!!
