These things are delicious. I heated them in the microwave and my goodness... I think if you finished them in the air fryer or like broiled them to put a slight crisp on them they'd be absolutely perfect.

This is really great ... my entire family loved it! Nick work Member's Mark! Great taste, must of the meat was really tender. Smoky flavor was perfect. As is typical with brisket there is some fat. One really happy family here.

At a recommendation from my friend, I purchased the brisket burnt ends. They were so tender and easy to make. I'd buy them again easily. There's was enough for 2 dinners for us.

our package was not fatty as some customers complained. it was tasty. remember, tho, it's brisket. it is a little pricey, but not as much as the same meal dining out.

Excellent quality, taste and value. This is a large amount of meat and it tastes ohh soo good! I highly recommend everyone to try this out. Bring it to a bbq and everyone will think your a great chef.

These seasoned bbq beef brisket burnt ends are very tasty, tender, nicely portioned & so delicious! Reasonably priced. We bbq'd for the 4th & I put them in a grill pan to warm while cooking with sauce. My family loved them, sooo flavorful!

Took this to an evening meeting with wine. Big hit with friends who all wanted to know where I got it. They were pleasantly surprised to know it was from Sam's. I expect to see it again at one of our "meetings."

These burnt ends really exceeded my expectations. We can't get enough of them in my household. I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce so I do not know how the sauce is in the package.

Not burnt ends. Possibly not even brisket. If the definition of burnt ends could be extended to the fat and gristle trimmed away from tough, cheap cuts of beef... then maybe. Not sure about smoked either. Seems more like it was braised. And still tough. To me burnt ends should be tender and melt in your mouth fatty. This product was tough and impossibly chewy fat with some meat that seemed to have only been left on by accident. Would not recommend. Did not finish. Giving leftovers to the dog.

Wow. Didn't know anything could be this salty. Looked at the nutrition label. 1,110 mg of sodium per serving (x6 servings in the package) = 6,660 mg sodium in 2lbs of meat. BBQ sauce in the pouch was good. I am never buying this again! Be warned. Has a lot of potential, but they really need to cut back on the sodium.
