I received this product as a part of a free sample program, and I'm so glad I did!! It was amazing. My husband was floored when I showed him where it came from (he thought it was carryout from a BBQ restaurant!!!) He couldn't believe it was made in the microwave! Highly recommend. We have even purchased since.

I followed the microwave instructions and it turned out perfect. It was tender and juicy (actually had to drain some liquid). I was able to get several meals out of the two pounds. I made a delicious sandwich one day and used it to top a salad the next. Plus it was hard not to just eat a couple fork fulls here and there. Highly recommend!

Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends from Sam's Club is extremely quick and easy to prepare. It requires only few minutes in the microwave, that's all. Just a simple reheat is all it really needs, which is perfect for my kids who are home on virtual learning at the moment to have for lunch AND they can do it all on their own without supervision. It reheats FAST, the directions are simple to follow and the results are tasty. I was pleasantly surprised and had no idea what to expect. The meat turned out tender, not tough AND everything was smoky and delicious. The kids had theirs served on onion rolls with chips for a side. Hubby and I heated up the leftovers for dinner that evening and served it with baked potatos and some slaw. We had enough left for the kids to have for lunch again the next day. The kids went LOOKING for it on purpose, too and were kind of upset that we had a little for dinner the night before as it cut into their plans for the rest of the package! This has become a family staple, though we did receive the initial sample free to try in return for our honest review.

I received the Kansas City Style Burnt Ends as a free sample. As other reviews have mentioned, these are not truly burnt ends - they are more like brisket bites with sauce. The packaging recommends cooking the product in the microwave. That did not sound appealing to me, so i cooked them on the stovetop in a skillet. I added a bit of water as the package states and sprinkled with some of my favorite dry rub BBQ season. They turned out pretty tasty and were served with and without a bun. We added our own bottled sauce, and didn't try the included sauce packet. The brisket was tender but lacked the actual "burnt" portions or any kind of crispy crust created from smoking. Although skillet cooking did create some crispy edges. Some pieces did have fat, but thats to be expected and is beneficial on a piece of brisket -- as it helps with moisture and flavor. I chopped the leftovers and mixed with scrambled eggs for for breakfast tacos. No complaints from my kids. All in all, this is a decent product that'seasy and versatile to make what you want. It makes a quick and easy meal. I'm glad I got to try an item that I probably wouldn't seek to buy on my own.

I received this as part of a free sample program. I was really looking forward to it because we recently moved away from the Kansas City area and I was really missing the barbeque there. I prepared them as the package recommends and they were just ok. I found them too salty and couldn't eat more than one or two. My husband took the rest for his lunches for the week. He grew up in the KC area and said they were just "meh". The sauce packet does come separate, so maybe it would make a difference if I used an actual KC BBQ sauce, but the texture of the meat was off as well.

I recieved this product as part of a free sample program. I used the air fryer directions to prepare these, and pretty good burnt ends in a matter of minutes. While these do not compete with fresh burnt ends made by a someone who does this on a regular basis, they were still very tasty. The air fryer method produced pieces with a nice outer crunch but a soft interior. Perfect for a quick meal!

Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends Is a very convenient, good and quick tasty dinner. Just pop in the microwave and it's ready in 2 minutes. Put it on bun & you will have a very tasty Sandwich with tender beef. It is a little bit salty but overall good taste.

False advertisement. Label claims "hand trimmed". If so we must've bought the "fat scrap package". Interestingly its like eating part shoe leather and part fat. This vendor needs to get launched. If this is really Kansas City Style Beef Brisket, remind me to never go to Kansas City.

I really loved the flavor that the burnt ends had, just like you smoke them yourself. Only complaint I have is the sodium intake (over 1000 per serving) I did receive this product to try for an honest review. If I bought again I would take some of seasoning off the product. Thank you for allowing us to try new products

I got this as a free sample they was pretty good I didn't use all the sauce with my portion I honestly thought there would be more in the package for the price I also tried a couple of bites without sauce and I think it was better without the sauce I also wouldn't add the water next time it seemed it make it too soupy in my opinion
