Cooked in air fryer, came out great. Boyfriend is picky, and he loved them. Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. BBQ sauce was good. Getting a few more for a Birthday party. If you get these, cook in air fryer or oven. You will love them. I cooked mine 15 min. in (emeril 360 air fryer) then put bbq sauce on them and cooked for 10 more minutes. Perfect.

The build up was great. The picture,some of the reviews, the time it takes to heat up, and price! First bite I thought they were going to be fantastic but then the next five or six bites were fatty, or tough, or just had an off taste. I would say one out of 10 pieces were pretty good but ended up pulling fat out of my mouth after the next several. Ate half and threw the rest in the trash.

The brisket was pretty good. Love the ease of cooking it for a simple weeknight meal when you're on a time crunch or you just don't feel like cooking. However being from Texas you just can't beat true Texas bbq. Still pretty tasty in a bind but not as much smokiness as I'd like. Sauce isn't my favorite but it's ok.

I received this product free from bzzagent in return for my honest opinion. My husband is an avid grill master/smoker/food connoisseur so he was hesitant to try pre made burnt ends. However, we were pleasantly surprised! We heated them up on our charcoal grill. These had so much flavor that we went back for seconds. I didn't even need to use any bbq sauce. The only downfall is the price seems a little high but this would definitely be a good product to have on hand for a night when dinner is in question.

Bought these thinking they might be good. Opened them up and the smell of preservatives was overwhelming. I warmed a few in the microwave and tried some pieces. They were dry and nearly flavorless. I added some bbq sauce I already had at the house and it made them a little better. I ended up throwing away half the bag because they weren't good. Living in Texas spoiled me to good bbq. Maybe if you've never had them before they would be good but besides the flavor of preservatives, there's not much to be desired in these. Will not purchase again.

I appreciated the ease of preparation with these, however, I found the included BBQ sauce to be lacking in flavor and there seemed to be a lot of excess liquid. I think if I had warmed them in the oven they would have tasted better and had a better texture. I received this for free in exchange for my honest review.

We smoke brisket regularly but wanted to try these to see what we might be missing. Verdict...NOTHING. Brisket tends to be a fatty piece of beef, often with a thick vein of fat running through the middle. Since it is not on the exterior you have to cook it slow and long to partially "melt" the fat throughout the meat. The pkg. we got must have missed that part of the process. Large chunks of the meat were nothing but fat with a very thin layer of meat sandwiching it. Also, the "burnt" part was missing (the area that is exposed to the most smoke and heat resulting in a black appearance.) Will be returning it!

Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends tasted like true barbecue! They had a a great smoky and hickory flavor. They were quick to prepare in the microwave. They were tender and juicy. We really enjoyed the sauce that was included in the package. I received this 2 pound package from a sampling program for free for my honest customer opinion.

Wish i never spent money on this item. This is definitely a Sams Club “miss”. The quality of this dish is so poor- there is probably only 30% of edible meat in the whole package. Huge chunks of fat and there are some pieces that look fine, but you literally cant bite through the meat its so tough. Meat is more on the salty side. Dont waste your $23. You'll be sorry.

What a quick and easy entree! The preferred method of cooking/heating up is in the microwave, so it makes for a very fast dinner. The barbecue sauce included was tasty and not too spicy, and the meat had good flavor. It didn't, however, taste exactly like restaurant style burnt ends. It's a good alternative for going to a restaurant though. I reviewed this as a free sample for my honet review.
