I received a small fleet dish as a free sample to try. This Members Mark burnt ends meal was very easy to make. I will say it was a bit salty but maybe I should've added more water. I will definitely purchase again and try one more time. bought some fancy buns to put it on and it was a perfect busy night meal.

I was really excited to be receiving this as part of a free sample program because I love burnt ends! The pieces that weren't mostly fat were so tender and falling apart that I wished every piece has been like that! Unfortunately, between that and the sauce being far too sweet for my liking, I wouldn't purchase this with my own money in the future.

I received this as part of a free sample program. I was really looking forward to it because we recently moved away from the Kansas City area and I was really missing the barbeque there. I prepared them as the package recommends and they were just ok. I found them too salty and couldn't eat more than one or two. My husband took the rest for his lunches for the week. He grew up in the KC area and said they were just "meh". The sauce packet does come separate, so maybe it would make a difference if I used an actual KC BBQ sauce, but the texture of the meat was off as well.

False advertisement. Label claims "hand trimmed". If so we must've bought the "fat scrap package". Interestingly its like eating part shoe leather and part fat. This vendor needs to get launched. If this is really Kansas City Style Beef Brisket, remind me to never go to Kansas City.

I got this as a free sample they was pretty good I didn't use all the sauce with my portion I honestly thought there would be more in the package for the price I also tried a couple of bites without sauce and I think it was better without the sauce I also wouldn't add the water next time it seemed it make it too soupy in my opinion

I received Member's Mark Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends as a sample in exchange for an honest review. People are very opinionated about meat and barbeque, so take every review with a grain of salt. I thought this was pretty good for a heat-and-eat, pre-cooked barbeque beef that is conveniently purchased at the store. It does not compare to real barbeque from a restaurant. It had a lot of variation between pieces from soft and juicy to dry and tough to all fat. I picked off roughly 1/3 of the product. It was probably too salty for some people. The sauce was good. Overall I liked it, but I wouldn't pay $25 as it is currently listed for, only $15.

First I would like to thank Member's Mark for sending us a free sample of the Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends to sample and review. However, when we received the sample the temperature of the package was at room temperature and the "cold" pack that was enclosed with the product was barely cool. Considering the outer packaging stated to "Keep Frozen" and the product was room temperature we did not feel that it was safe to eat.

I received this as part of a free sample program and loved it. I'd never heard of burnt end before so I wasn't really sure what to expect or what they were. I am a huge fan of BBQ in general however. These were tender and came with the perfect amount of sauce. For our first try at burnt ends these were great.

I received this as part of a free sample program. It's something that ordinarily I probably wouldn't have tried, because I saw that the meat had sauce in it. To my pleasant surprise the sauce was separate, so you don't have to use it. Overall the meat was good. It wasn't something I'd seek out all the time, but it was nice to have a meal on the table quickly.

After having burnt ends at a couple of places down south, which were so good, these were a let down. Too much fat and grizzle. I contemplated cooking them for my dogs, but threw most of it in the garbage. That was $19.99 down the drain..I mean garbage.
