Disgusting

Every bite was like eating a mouthful of salt and pure fat. It made me gag trying to chew and swallow it and was the most disgusting "pre-cooked" entree I have ever eaten ( and I am holding back my full opinion). After 2nd attempt to eat some it went in the garbage. Waste of $25+ as it was (no wonder) on sale which was why I tried it.

Members Mark Burnt Ends

I received this product as a free sample promotion. I would not recommend this, they were pretty salty and new when heated following the instructions I found some parts to be soft and tasty but some were still hard. The sauce had a nice smoky flavour but the added salt was a little too much for me, leaving me needed a lot of water after eating these burnt ends. I don't think I would by these again, not inedible but also not super tasty.

Good but not Great

For the $20 price tag I was expecting 2 lbs of meat, not less than 2 lbs of meat and cheap BBQ sauce making up the difference. It was good, and my teenage son loved it, but I don't think it was worth $20. If I had to do it over again, I would have prepared via the oven directions because they were a little more chewy and tough than I wanted following the microwave directions.

where do I begin?

First of all, definitely overpriced even at the “new lower price”. But my son really wanted to try them and in light of a promotion at work I decided to splurge. Next, the nutrition facts… approximately 12 pieces per serving and 6 servings per container. Umm, no. There is not 72 pieces, not even half. So hopefully that means the sodium content is wrong. Also hoping the sodium is mostly from the sauce which (thirdly) is horrendous. Literally just liquid salt. It does come in a separate pouch and my bad for not trying it first. With a different sauce I could maybe give this product a couple more stars I did not find the meat quality/texture to be bad like other reviews mentioned but maybe I just got lucky.

Just ok

I smoke my own ribs and bacon, but I'm no snob, and bought these with an open mind. Quick meal. Good to bring to a party or cook-out. I was a little dissapointed. Sauce is good, meat is a little too fatty. Would be better at $14.95, but won't spend 20 bucks again.

Container full of cooked FAT!!!

This stuff is not fit for human consumption. The package I bought was about two thirds fat. There were many cut pieces that were 100% fat and the few that had any actual meat were laden with large amounts of fat. I tried to eat a few of those pieces and it was disgusting. I thought about giving it to my neighbor for her dog, but was afraid it would make him sick. So, I threw it out. I gave a one star rating because there was no option for a negative 5 star rating.

Easy Prep, Great Taste

I absolutely love Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends. It is a wonderful mix of burnt ends in a delicious BBQ sauce. It is in a vacuum sealed easy open package. I tasted the sauce before putting it on the ends and it was sweet, but not overwhelmingly. It is the perfect ration of sweet and tangy. There was plenty of sauce to cover the meat. I microwaved it because it is so much faster to cook. The microwave time is 2-3 minutes. Between football practice and the kid's homework, microwave is the way to go. The oven method is kind of ridiculous. You put it in an oven safe dish and put foil on it then cook it for 13-15 minutes. Then take the foil off and cook another 13-15 minutes. But the next one I purchase from Sam's Club I will try the oven method to see if there is any difference in taste.

Great Burnt Ends!!

I was able to try these through a free sample program in exchange for my honest review. First this was a nice size 2 lb package which provided plenty of food for my family of five. It was easy to prepare- we cooked ours in the airfryer. As it cooked it smelled great. The pieces stayed nice and moist. The accompanying sauce had a hint of sweetness, a hint of smokiness, and a hint of spice. It was very tasty overall. This was great for at home BBQ, especially for barbecue that can be cooked in the microwave or the air fryer. Would absolutely recommend to a friend to try!

I was able to try Member's Mark Kansas City Style Beef Brisket Burnt Ends through a free sample program. I was surprised that all five of us were able to get a decent amount to eat. The look and taste is superb. There were some pretty fatty pieces in there, but that's to be expected. Even with picking those out, there was plenty. I chose to make them in the oven instead of the microwave and it didn't take long at all. It smelled delicious and I liked that there was enough sauce to flavor, but not overpower the meat. Definitely will be getting these to eat again.

Bold Brisket

The packaging is very enticing and definitely sparked appetite interest from my family. I was thankful for the three options on cooking the burnt ends. Ultimately we chose the recommended microwave. The package came with microwave safe dish to cook burnt ends in. Although the directions were not descriptive on that. It was a short time cook and immediately made our kitchen smell like a BBQ restaurant. The sauce was bold with a sweet kick. I like that it was thick and nut runny or dripping. It clung to the burnt ends and there was plenty. The meat was very tender and had a great taste. You could taste the smoke flavor which is one of our family.s favorite. The meat was quality and quantity. This easily fed our family of four. We paired with corn and mashed potatoes. The smokey brisket burnt ends were restaurant quality on a budget. It was great to throw in microwave and have dinner promptly over waiting 12+ hours to smoke a brisket and make sauce. We would by this again as well as recommend to family and friends. We did receive this delicious product at no charge to try and review.
