I found this bbq to be perfectly acceptable in a pinch. It is not grisly as some have described. It is possibly a value at $10/lb as it is priced. It obviously won't compete with top tier bbq restaurants, but is better than a few here in Corpus Christi. It is moist enough and good enough to even eat cold. 4 stars

I received this product for free in return for my honest review. I had previously tried the pulled chicken and it was fantastic, so I was very excited to try the burnt ends. They were easy to make and great for a quick meal, but unfortunately that's where the positives end. The meat was flavored overpoweringly by artificial smoke flavoring, but very under-seasoned otherwise. Lots of gristle and fatty pieces also. Not quite enough bbq sauce (which isn't even close to an authentic Kansas City bbq sauce flavor) for the meat so we broke out the curley's and even that couldn't save it. We are a family of 4 and would typically need 2 of these containers to feed us (2 teens) but we didn't even finish one.

It is meat, and probably brisket but it is not soft, tender and delectable, which is exactly what burnt ends should be. Many of the pieces were hard and so compact that they weren't worth eating. They were just too hard to chew and that is not what I thought I was buying. If you can get past them being chewy then the flavor won't add much, they are boring and bland. The package comes vacuum packed and maybe that is how those pieces were compressed into a brick. If you have had brisket or burnt ends at a bbq place or even made your own and been happy with them you will be disappointed in this selection, I know I was. If you have never had burnt ends but want to try some you won't find them here.

I received this product from a free sample program, and it was honestly a lot better than I thought it would be. I use an air fryer for most of my cooking, which means trial and error with the oven instructions for a product. It was nice to see this one actually had air fryer instructions! I followed the instructions and some of them were a little harder than others, so beware of that if you plan to air fry. I'd suggest less time to see if it's to your liking first. As far as the product, it was really good. I wasn't a fan of the BBQ sauce included as it was a little too sweet for me. There is a LOT included. I wasn't expecting so much of it, but it's enough to feed an entire family for sure. I'd definitely buy again, and reccommend it!

I received these burnt ends as part of a free sample program. They arrived and were very nicely packaged. The box gives three different options for reheating (air fryer, oven, or microwave). We chose the microwave method and they were delicious! Generous amount of meat and nice smoked flavor. We would buy again!

I have gotten this 3 times from Sam's. The first time, it was to die for. I wanted to roll in it! The second time, it had about half fat. The third; more than half was inedible. It was smoked fat. I won't take a chance again because it was one of their more pricey items. The way it is packaged, it's a pig in a poke. You can't see what you're getting. Sorry Sam's. It's a no from me.

I received this product as part of a free sample program and was excited to try it out. I felt that the amount was a great value, and I did like that they kept the save packet desperate so you could decide how much or how little you wanted. I do feel it was too salty, and the saltiness overwhelms peered the flavor of the meat.

I received MEMBER'S MARK® Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends as part of a free sample program. I lived in Texas for many years and have had a lot of really good brisket. I was excited to try this. First, I was surprised at how quick and easy this was to heat up. The recommended heating method is the microwave, but it also included instructions for the air fryer and the oven. I poured into a bowl, broke up the pieces and added 1 tablespoon of water and mixed. I covered it and microwaved for 90 seconds. Then, I stirred and cooked for 90 more seconds. It turned out tender and flavorful. I served on a bun with the included barbecue sauce poured on top. The sauce was bold and smoky and was a nice addition, but the brisket was good on its own as well. My husband said it was so good that it was hard to stop eating it. My teens loved it as well. I would definitely recommend this product and will buy it for my family in the future.

If you are wanting burnt ends and don't want to cook them, these are good in a pinch. Some of the pieces were dry and I ended up feeding them to my dogs. They are quick to make. Could use more seasoning. The taste is okay, it I have definitely had better. I would buy them again if I didn't have any other options.

We bought the burnt ends to take with us to an RV park. Although they are not like traditional burnt ends, we absolutely enjoyed them! They were a refreshing break from the usual rv/camping food we normally have. My husband and I ate them right out of the microwave. We bought 2 packages, my husband just made sandwiches out of the second package. Fresh Italian bread with coleslaw on top of the burnt ends! Yummy!
