So good!

Tried to eat this 2 days in a row. Was so looking forward to it, but there was so much fat on it I couldn't even keep it in my mouth. The bbq sauce that came with it not good either. I don't like fatty meat and they didnot try to cut any fat off this. The rest of it went to the dog. Dog seemed to enjoy it. It is expensive dog food.

If you love tough, smoked fat, beef brisket, that is what you will get for your money in buying this product. I guess you could chop it up and make it topping for mashed potatoes. I your expecting to dine on this as a meal you will be well advised to not serve it to guests ,much less family members

I have used lots of Members Mark products and never had an issue in the past many years. I bought the Members Mark Kansas City Style Burnt Ends expecting to have a good dinner. They were awful !!! They tasted like a cup of salt had been poured on them. We couldn't eat them..

I agree with the guy/gal from Texas....this tastes like the real deal. We are from Texas too but now live in Alabama. Hard to find good brisket here. I will keep this on hand! Also, brisket is quite expensive and this is like getting 2 pounds for the price of 1!

A bit too much sauce

Product is too salty for my taste, recommended heating method is the microwave but would probably have been better oven heated. Pieces are definitely not melt in your mouth tender, denser harder chunks. Did not satisfy my brisket craving at all. Next time I'll just visit a local barbq joint.

They were good

I purchased this item a few months ago and the quality was good. However, as of last week, the quality of the brisket is awful and inedible. The package was full of fatty/greasy pieces. There were very few burned ends and the meat was rubbery. It also had an odd smell that reminded me of liquid smoke and I suspect that the cut of meat wasn't smoked the tradition way. I will not purchase this item again.
