Some of the added supplements that support eye health, bone strength, and Thiamin and Iodine are an added plus. I am going to start weening myself off of the other supplements and look forward to improved health using this multivitamin in their place.

I prefer a multivitamin over taking individual pills, so what I need in vitamins is all represented in a once a day dose. The major vitamins B, D, E are all represented with over 100% of recommended daily requirement.

I noticed that in the last few months centrum silver no longer contains lutein Even though all advertisements say that it does.
