Couldn't figure out why I was having such bad stomach cramps. oh yes. I started this new vitamin. It almost ruined my trip to my grandaughter's college field day. I was ok the next day, but I will ever take Centrum Silver it again!

So I made my purchase several weeks ago and I can't really tell if I'm getting a benefit from them or not. I'm not pleased with the many disclaimers that are written with this product.
