I cannot have added iron in my vitamins. This one provides what I need while keeping out what I don't need. Many older people have problems with added iron so it's good to find a product for older people that leaves it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Centrum Silver vitamins to try and provide my thoughts about them I found the vitamins to be similar size to many other vitamins. They state they are specially formulated to help eyes, heart, and brain to help over 50 year olds with changing needs as we age. I like personally feeling like I am helping myself by taking additional items like vitamins specifically geared towards 50 and older. I cannot say I have noticed changes, but I feel better knowing that I am trying something that could make it better. Simple to take and many stores carry these. So, they are easy to find.
