I noticed the vitamins were configured differently as for one who is older. The difference was clear about 2 weeks on. I noticed some positive changes such as energy and alertness. Whether this is due to the change in vitamins I do not actually know. But the fact it happened after switching while nothing else changed kind of tells me it was the vitamin. A good switch indeed.

Truth is iv been buying the over 50 for a long time because they have better ingredients and vitamins in them. I feels so much better since iv started taking them.
