Picture is great. Software is real easy to use. if you're using over the air TV transmissions, changing channels is a relatively slow process. After owning the TV for about nine months, I did have to do a factory reset because of a recurring error message that was prohibiting me from watching the TV. However, it was real easy to reset. The value you get for buying this television is excellent. You may find a slightly better picture with a newer technology screen, but for the money the picture is fantastic! it handles HDR 10 and Dolby Vision and provides a tremendously realistic and beautiful picture. I can't speak about the audio quality from the TV because I don't use its speakers. Televisions in general I feel do not provide great sound. Therefore a separate set of speakers will do just nicely for this and most other TVs. also, you do not have to worry about screen burn-in with this technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a SOLID tv but sometimes the wifi will cut out, volume will drop and certain apps won't work properly but even with that the tv is beyond a good bang for its buck. Picture quality is great. Layout is very intuitive. App version of the remote makes things even easier.

I bought the Vizio t.v. last month and I absolutely love it! Clear sharp picture, user friendly, all the apps I need are already programmed in to the t.v. It's easy to chromecast Disney plus onto the t.v. I love the remote, it's slim, lightweight, and easy to navigate. All around great t.v.!

I've had this television for two week and as of right now I have found very little to complain about. The picture quality is superb, the 4K makes live sports look stunning. It comes with built in app and your not able to download any additional apps but one can over look that because the tv comes with both Apple air play and chrome cast. The one flaw I do see is with the sound, I have a hard trying to balance out the sound effects and the actors talking. I find myself having to turn down the volume on some action scenes. This problem might be corrected with a quality soundbar. Overall one can not go wrong with this tv.

The smartcast user interface is terrible. For the first few months of use we were constantly dealing with it crashing and/or apps not working. Even when it does function, the interface is very slow. My cheap 4yr old TV runs circles around the Vizio. My old TV will have the app open and movie playing while the Vizio is still trying to open the app. The smartcast seems to crash less often now, after almost a year, but it is still stupidly slow.

I bought toy Visio M Series earlier this year and have been impressed with overall picture quality and bright audio. Deep color resolution and surround sound were two big desires I had when evaluating TVs and this particular M Series set has really fit the bill. Easy-to-use navigation, too. Recommended!

We have had this Smart TV for quite a while now and haven't really been able to take full advantage of the Smart features nor will it connect to our Amazon Echo Dot . We did not purchase a Sound Bar as we already had a decent audio system with our old LG TV and unfortunately that system has proven to be incompatible so we are unable to use it. The built in speakers are only ok not exactly the greatest sound quality!

Vizio has a different approach to their color and contrast than other companies. Colors are extremely vibrant sharp excellent black contrast. Operating system slow in relation to other manufacturers. Being nitpicky as System works as required. Wi-Fi pick up a bit weak. Speakers fair. Even with equalizer difficult to distinguish voices in movies.Would purchase again.

Our last TV was on the way out with all kinds of issues so I started reading through reviews for a replacement. I have a 32” Vizio, that I have owned for close to 20 years that still performs admirably so when I read the reviews on this model, I was sold. Set up was easy, and after registering I also installed the app where I could use the remote from my phone. The only minor complaint I have is that the lock out feature is rudimentary. I have two preteens that already have too much screen time on other devices so to limit time on the TV I wish the lock code would work in different aspects of the features that the unit has.

I love the HDR and Airplay integration. Really good deep blacks, which is not common in a TV so inexpensive. Works great for gaming as well as it seems the input lag is low. The only thing I wish it had is a 120hz refresh rate, but for the money, I'm more than happy with the TV and features.
