I am a huge Vizio fan but not as happy with this recent purchase as I have been with my other purchases, including a 55" I currently own. The picture is clear but the color variations are always changing and not nearly as sharp as others. Additionally, the sound quality of this model is not that great. You literally have to have the volume at max to hear clearly. Definitely needs a sound bar. I've sent help questions via text to the support center to no avail.

Bought this tv about a year ago and the picture has not disappointed. Black scenes are clear and colors are brilliant. There are a few hiccups, when occasionally it would not turn on with the remote. A simple hard power off and on seems to fix the problem. I think it has problem loading Smartcast, hopefully a future firmware update will fix that. The one thing I wish it had was a voice controlled remote, again I hope I can get an upgrade later. Using Alexa is not the same and I have since removed that option. Another wish would be the ability to remove and add apps. That would declutter and speed up my viewing.

I got this tv about a year ago, I really do love this tv, but I've noticed the tv sometimes will randomly reset or loose WiFi signal. Aside from that the tv is amazing beautiful picture quality and surprisingly good audio. If I can get that resetting problem situated then I would recommend this tv 1000%.

Overall the TV is not bad. The picture quality is pretty good for it price. I would have given it a higher rating if the smartcast work properly. Sometimes you can't even go into the smartcast. I have unplug power for it to come back. The TV respond time of loading stuff is pretty slow

The picture quality is exceptional as long as your expectations for HDR are not excessive. Though little is actually broadcast with HDR compatibility, I have seen more dramatic views from other TV's with similar costs. Still, the average view is better than most units costing two or three times as much. The aggravation is in the sound. It would not work at all with my 5 year old Vizio Sound Bar so I purchased a new, highly rated Vizio Sound Bar. The sound is unpredictable, often refusing to mute the sound bar, even though the analog audio is used and set to variable. It can be a royal pain to use and the Visio Sound Bar remote must be kept close at hand.

Have been watching for over 1 month and so far so good. Picture is great once I got the settings right. Auto settings did not look good - kind of hazy looking. Watched Super Bowl in 4K and it was great. Apps work well considering my internet connection is not the fastest. Like this TV very much for the price and would recommend to all.

I bought this tv based on price and the good reviews, however I have only had it for a few weeks and I've experienced a few issues. It has problems with the picture, I get little black boxes that randomly appear on the screen, I've had multiple problems with the entire screen going black and having to unplug the tv for a few mins and plug it back in to get it to work. The home screen doesn't seem to work consistently, some times it will only show the top menu bar but the rest of the screen is gray. I have a vision sound bar that has intermittent issues with the audio as well. I've had my internet provider out to make sure there are no issues with that, and I have the tv hard wired directly to my router, still same problems persist. I would not recommend this tv personally.

Replaced our original Vizio TV that we had for almost 16 years. Sound on the new TV is not very good, required additional purchase of a sound bar. The remote is the worst remote I have ever used. Very small, buttons are not lit and no video controls on the remote. Very clunky to use when watching Netflix or Prime and need to rewind or fast forward. The SmartCast app is buggy requiring a soft reset of the TV quite often - 3 resets in the first two weeks. Bought Vizio based on previous experience, guess all good things come to an end.

I'm not a fan of the Smatrcast at all. It'f fine for the core group apps that are pre-installed on the tv. If you want to use apps other than those that come with the tv, you must download the smartcast app to your phone and navigate through it. Loading apps is a clunky, cumbersome affiar. I have resorted to my 4k firestick which is a much easier interface rendering the "smart" portion of the tv less than useful for me. The tv itself has a beautiful picture, which is the main reason I purchased a new tv. The one it replaced was an older 1080p Samsung model. The picture on the Vizio is clear, the colors very good and the blacks, very black in any lighting. I also wasn't in love with the sound quality. Music, background an ambient noise from the included speakers was excellent. Voice quality was lacking, had a lower volume and never really stood out over any background noise making it difficult to hear. As a solution, I purchased a Vizio sound bar with a center channel making my viewing experience excellent. For the money, this is a very good tv. If I hadn't had the voice quality of my previous tv, it may not have bothered me as much.

This is my second VIZIO Smart TV and I couldn't be happier with it. Moved up from a 55" V-Series to a 65" class M-Series and as much as I liked the previous model, the M-Series features more than meet my needs. Between the vibrant colors and image detail, you really feel like you're in the middle of what you are watching. The only minor negative is the TV audio. Out of the box setting left it a bit underwhelming that with a simple tweak sounded better. Full disclaimer though, I did end up adding a VIZIO basic soundbar, which makes a world of difference.
