Not what I expected

I bought this as I had a previous model that I loved. I thought I was buying the same one this time, but was mistaken. It's ok, but not what I wanted. The previous model allowed for one hand dispensing, but this one is a little less convenient. The water dispenses much slower than the other model also. It's alright and better than nothing, but not what I was expecting.

Nice

I bought this a few weeks ago. The cold water dispenser does not even work. It only dispenses out room temperature water and not even cold. I am very disappointed in this item.

Worst Cooler ever

We bought this for our office in March 2021. It quit working about 6 months ago. It has lasted the least of any water cooler I have purchased.
