looks great. you Must wash the tube going into the water first. We did not and it tasted bad. Works great. Hot water is 160 degrees.

I bought two, one for my parents house and one for my home and the one at my house works fine but the one at my parents has the switch buttons flipped to where the cold is the third push down instead of the center where the icicle is

Its  very easy to set up and no lifting heavy gallons of water . I spent time looking for one and i am glad i purchased this one.. its easy to change water gallons, the hot water is hot enough to make tea , hot cocoa or cup soup and cold water is perfect too
