It works fine, except for the middle button sticking. This dispenser replaced a unit that was probably 30+ years old. This one is much noisier than our old unit. The chiller is a lot louder on this one. Might be looking for a replacement soon.

LOVE my new machine - pros- easy to use, no assembly other than plug in and push in the pump into the water jug, instant hot and ice cold water - cons- says night light but no light that i can find

When opened the box, the water dispenser looked used, the dents, scratches and fingerprints all over. The design itself is very pleasing and when it's turned on, making very little noise

Love this so far. Easy setup, very quiet, and delivers piping hot coffee, unlike the water dispenser we had been renting from out water delivery service.

We have not had the unit long & leaks from the bottom. Need to return it.

No light makes it hard to see the water dispense.

Middle button sticks very badly sometimes you can not get it up to stop the water

Love the available water temps: cold, room temp, & hot. And so much better than wasting many water bottles.

We have small children and the bottom loader is so much safer and having the buttons on top make it harder for them to play with it.

Great upgrade to a bottom loader. No more lifting heavy bottles. Hot water is HOT! It has cool water and cold water as well.
