Its very easy to set up and no lifting heavy gallons of water . I spent time looking for one and i am glad i purchased this one.. its easy to change water gallons, the hot water is hot enough to make tea , hot cocoa or cup soup and cold water is perfect too

Excellent little dispenser. Easy, doesn't take up much space and works perfectly.

Delivered on time, easy setup, easy to read instructions. Had it for almost 2 weeks now, learning how many 5 gallon jugs of water we drink. The hot is hot enough to brew tea. The cold water taste good and is clear. We are happy with our purchase. It is worth the investment.

I decided that since I was staying homeand not shopping, I had to do something to get my water. I saw one of these at my mechanic'garage. He said he liked it so much he bought one for his home. It is great, especially the bottom loading feature. Hot water IS hot, and the ice cold water IS ice cold. Great value.

LOVE my new machine - pros- easy to use, no assembly other than plug in and push in the pump into the water jug, instant hot and ice cold water - cons- says night light but no light that i can find

The hot/cold really deliver! This is so much easier than the top loading cooler we had before - no comparison! I did take off one ⭐️ because a month later, there is still some plastic taste from the tubing. (The rest of my family doesn't taste it though!) No more cleaning up water every time we put a new bottle in!!

I bought two, one for my parents house and one for my home and the one at my house works fine but the one at my parents has the switch buttons flipped to where the cold is the third push down instead of the center where the icicle is

It's makes a lot of noise, and it doesn't have a light, didn't like it, only thing I liked was it's color,

The dispenser started to leak from the storage tank after one week. Primo customer service telephone does not exist.
