Do not recommend

I have a 2020 C300W and it has 13k miles, I took it into the dealer today for maintenance and they just called stating I need to replace my rear tires already. My car is less than 6 mo old and only 13k miles! I have not EVER replaced run flats this soon, but I have also not had this brand before. There has to be a mileage warranty or some type of assistance to help me get these replaced. They should have a longer life than 13k miles. I am so disappointed.

The New Vehicle Tire Warranty is for 72 months from the date of purchase or until the tires wear down to 2/32" of tread remaining; whichever, comes first. Unfortunately, the New Vehicle Tire Warranty does not include product use, (treadwear). Although excluded, if the tires are evenly worn down to 2/32", with records of rotation every 6,000 mile, your vehicle dealer can contact our office for help. We can be reached, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM ET, at 1-800-847-3349.

Poor Treadwear

I have had two sets of these tires. Currently, I need replacements after only 37,000 miles. The only reason run flat tires are original equipment on BMW and Mercedes is to reduce initial cost of the vehicle AND reduce weight for a better CAFE mileage rating. Not every tire dealer stocks run flats. Consider being 150 miles from home at 5 pm and having a flat tire. Where will you find the right size run flat tire. My Mercedes does NOT even stock them.

Our self supposition run flat, (SSR), tires offer extended mobility, even with the tire has zero air pressure. As for tires, most vehicle dealers do not stock them; however, they have prearranged access to tires through local supply points. In the event of full pressure loss, limited mobility (no sudden driving maneuver) is possible to drive for a distance of 50 miles, at a maximum speed of 50 miles per hour. The run flat distance will be influenced by driving style, speed, type of road, weather conditions, tire condition and vehicle load. Please keep in mind that SSR tires are mounted on standard wheels, so the set of 4 tires can be replaced with non-run flat tires.

2014 Subaru Outback Premium.

These tires came on our 2014 Subaru Outback Premium. Only 30,000 miles on them and they needed replaced. My wife lost control in the rain going 15 miles an hour around a curve. Thank God she knows how to drive and didn't wreck. On dry pavement they're pretty decent, but they wear very poorly and the side walls are very week and soft. I put Hankook Optimo on her car. I highly recommend them. They've been on our Buick LeSabre for a year now and still look brand new. Handles wonderfully in all weather conditions

Horrible Lifespan

Original equipment on my BMW. I was shocked that the tires need to be replaced with less than 20K miles! I have never had all season tires have such a lowe lifespan!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the lifespan of the tires. The New Vehicle Tire Warranty covers your tires for 72 months from the purchase date or until they wear down to 2/32", whichever comes first. Once the tread reaches 2/32", the warranty ends. However, even though this particular issue is not covered under the warranty, you can return to the place of purchase to have your tires inspected for possible consideration outside the New Vehicle Tire Warranty. For this, the tires must be evenly worn down to 2/32" or less, with records of tire rotation every 6,000 miles. Since this situation is not warrantable, the dealer will need to contact our office for further assistance. They can reach us Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET, at 1-800-847-3349.

No traction in turn when wet

These tires make my 2018 Mercedes extremely dangerous in turns when wet. These are the worst tires I have ever put on a vehicle in my life. They make me hate driving my car.

I won't buy this product again

I drive smoothly all the time. Rotate each 10 000 km. Front tires are totally finish(1/16) while rear tires are almost new. I drive the car for 30 000 km and it's an AWD.. really disapointed.

Tires rotated every 10,000 km, (6,214), miles should not have this much of a difference in wear between the front and rear axles. We recommend reviewing the rotation schedule with your service provider to confirm if the work done , and having them give us a call if they have any question.
