The gummies taste great and not bitter like some others we have tried in the past. They are delicious and nice and big and you get plenty of gummies. The label shows it packs quite the zinc punch, so we plan on keeping this until cold/flu season. The downside would be that it is a bit too sweet, almost 3g of sugar per adult serving. I would prefer a gummy that isn't too sweet, but these strawberry shaped gummies should attract the kids to take it (if they are 9 or older).
