Usually the zinc supplements I've tried before have been paired with honey and other things that give it a more medicinal taste. This was has a typical berry flavor and is basically a fruit candy gummy. I recommend avoid eating it on an empty stomach

The berry flavor is a treat. I trust Nature's Way brand to not have all the "other" stuff added in. Gluten free and vegetarian for those that need that. I highly recommend this product

I usually take one a day (each gummy has 1g of sugar) which contains 100% of daily zinc requirement. Will definitely recommend these to family and friends!

Zinc is good for your health, and we like to stay on top of things as this. Great for a balanced diet. The gummy is a little gritty, but not by much. Very good for peace of mind in preventive maintenance for the body.

As a vegetarian, I find it so hard to be finding vegetarian or vegan vitamins and supplements options. I was so pleasantly surprised when I saw that these are vegetarian AND at the same time they are gummies. I had amazing experience with these, it is much more pleasant to chew “ a candy” like vitamins rather than to be swallowing pills. As an adult I look forward to taking these gummies every morning. Natures Way Zinc Gummies are a purple-magenta color and they are shaped like grape clusters. The flavor is listed as mixed berry and they taste like a mix between grape and raspberry. Everyone in the house loves taking these gummies. I love that they are lower in sugar than many other gummies, plus they give me 100% of the daily value of Zinc in just one serving (one gummy). I feel confident my immune system is being supported and getting what it needs to keep me feeling healthy. Plus, they don't stick to each other and become one giant gummy, which I have had happen with other gummy supplements.
