[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got our nature's way zinc gummies recently. They taste great in the mixed berry flavor and I like that we get lot in one bottle. Zinc is good for your health, and we like to stay on top of things as this. Great for a balanced diet. The gummy is a little gritty, but not by much. Very good for peace of mind in preventive maintenance for the body.

The pill form of zinc always irritated my stomach and even if I took it with food, it sometimes would. Nature's Way-Zinc Gummies dont irritate my stomach. I can even take them on an empty stomach and they taste great.

As a vegetarian, I find it so hard to be finding vegetarian or vegan vitamins and supplements options. I was so pleasantly surprised when I saw that these are vegetarian AND at the same time they are gummies. I had amazing experience with these, it is much more pleasant to chew “ a candy” like vitamins rather than to be swallowing pills.
