Now as diabetic watch your intake could run your blood sugar up. Zinc Gummies has some flavorful and a great way for me to get my zinc intake. I take this twice a day. I have 200 gummies and its exp. 12/31/2023 I would recommend this product just be careful if you are diabetic and I leave mind on the kitchen table. Gluten free – no yeast-derived ingredients, gelatin, wheat, soy, or dairy.

I received this product complimentary from Cohley for testing and review purposes. All opinions are my own. I prefer taking these zinc gummies over regular dietary supplements any day. The smell and aftertaste of regular dietary supplements always make me feel nauseous afterwards, but these taste great and don't have a "medicinal" scent to them. The gummies could be a tad less sweet, but overall they were pleasant to take. I highly recommend these.

It is always good to have zinc for the first sings when our immune system needs a little help. The gummies have a nice flavor and a good amount of pieces. I absolutely like the Nature's way quality. I always like to add an extra amount of zinc during the cold weather for added protection against viruses and these do just the trick! The taste is good and the texture reminds me of gummy candy. Either reminiscent of some sort of odd chemical…or taste faintly of meat. Given that people are certainly looking to increase their Zinc intake, taking a look at these is a great option! They are probably the best tasting ones I've come across ever! they aren't huge, or particularly thick. But they taste very much like berries! If anything you'll find yourself contemplating if you need to add one more….”just for the health benefits” : )

Before taking the zing gummies, I knew that zinc is helps the immune systems to be strong, heal wounds and supports normal growth. After a few weeks of taking the Nature's Way gummies, I can see results for common colds and mostly my immune systems got stronger as I tend to get cold always at the end of summer-starting fall season.
