They actually remind me a bit of the grape gummies you would get in a package of fruit chews. I like to take zinc during cold and flu season and these make it a lot quicker and easier to take since I am usually horrible at swallowing hard pills. These are a nice option for those of us who are bad pill takers! Just a word to the wise, I wouldn't advise getting these shipped during the summer months or you may end up with one large melted gummy!

My partner and I have taken them for several weeks. While we can't say that our immune systems have improved, neither of us has been sick at the beginning of cold/flu season. The mixed berry flavor is quite tasty; the gummies are easy to chew and swallow; and they don't stick to your teeth. I refer gummies over pills or capsules. I recommend this dietary supplement. This product is a great tasting way to give your immune system a boost.
