I purchased these yesterday so i can have diffrent options for a quick meal, Well after getting home I decided to eat one for lunch, after seeeing the size i realized it was perfect to pull the bottom waffle off after cooking and add a fresh over med fried egg, reassembled and topped with with 1 serving of sugar free syrup. 10 out of 10!!! This will be a staple in my meal set as long as its available.

I think these are good for a quick low-carb breakfast if you're tired of eggs every morning.I deconstruct the sandwich and warm the waffles in the toaster and the cheese/sausage in the microwave. If you're expecting traditional fluffy waffles, you'll be disappointed.

Ok people seem to be reviewing these as if they expect a keto (extremely low carb) waffle to taste like a Belgian waffle made with flour and soaked in syrup or something. For what these are, a super low carb high protein mimic, I think they're extremely good.

These are absolutely delicious I put one tablespoon of sugar free syrup over the top frying egg and let that yolk melt over it it is perfection. Sausage is really delicious. The waffle is amazing and so is the cheese I'd say this whole thing is a 10 out of 10 although quite expensive.

OMG! I am so bored with Keto options for breakfast and having to cook daily. I was looking for a good option in freezer at Sam's for breakfast and saw these. I assumed I wouldn't like them but they are soooo good and easy. I put some sugar free breakfast syrup on one and it was delicious and easy and I'm going back to Sam's to buy as many as I can fit in my freezer, I also like the idea of toasting the waffles and serving sausage and cheese on side! I am so happy to have found this good option. I wish all keto ready made options were as good.

Was really hoping for something here. Sadly I found the waffle to have a texture issue. Almost like I was eating grits - feeling while I was chewing. I found the whole sandwich to be lacking flavor. Tried to cook in the oven, microwave and tried toasting the waffle. Sorry, I really wanted them to be good but no luck.

I'm all about trying new things especially with having Type 2 Diabetes and being so limited in what I can eat, but these were horrible. I put the waffles in the toaster as directed and heated the rest in the microwave. The texture of the chicken sausage and the aftertaste of the waffle, I couldn't get past it. It was a weird bitter taste that I can only think was from the flaxseed meal. I'm all about finding substitutes, but it needs to actually taste good.

I bought these a couple of weeks ago. Everything about these sandwiches was terrible. Even the smell. The “waffle” was too sweet and the Turkey sausage was tasteless and had a weird texture. Next time I'll just buy regular waffles and take the hot with the carbs.

The best way I have found to heat them is put the waffles in the toaster for about 3 or 4 minutes. Then microwave the chicken sausage and cheese until heated through then put sandwich back together. Something about the taste is just not good. I will finish this box out since I bought them. Would not purchase again or recommend.

These are ok for what they are. Bland waffle. The meat and cheese are there. If you're eating based on better nutrition and not for taste then this is a better choice. If you're looking for something similar to a McDonald's item then they are way off
