Keto Wafel - Surprisingly Good

These Keto Wafel breakfast sandwiches are surprising good and most important to me, they're Gluten Free! For someone with celiac disease, finding a quick, ready-to-just-pop-in-the-microwave breakfast sandwich is superb. I cannot have any food containing gluten because of the celiac disease. Eating gluten free food is the only way to treat the disease. This "wafel" is easy to heat, and it actually tastes good! I love them and plan on purchasing them again.

Great, quick keto option

If I'd seen the reviews first, I wouldn't have purchased these but I'm so glad I did. From the other reviews it looks like people might have been taken in by the photo but maybe didn't realize these were gluten free keto. They are delicious, quick and filing. I agree with the alternate prep that has been mention. I toast the waffles in my toaster over, then add butter. I heat the sausage and cheese in the microwave and. Then combine everything. In total it take less than 5 minutes, so still very quick. I hope Sam's keeps these. I would eat on or off keto.

Needs more seasoning..paying for convenience.

I make my own version with a mini waffle iron, fried egg, cheese and slice of ham. Thought I would try this Keto wafel breakfast sandwich. It is okay but the wafel is not savory enough. Needs more seasoning. The patty is thin, would like an egg on it. If you're hungry-eat 2. The price seems high, paying for convenience. I microwaved it per the directions. It melts the cheese too much, so I separated out the cheese and patty, heated them first, then the wafels. Then put it all together and microwaved the whole sandwich a few seconds more. That seemed to work best.

Typical GF Keto-type waffle

I was excited to find these. I tried them immediately upon getting home. Taste & smell on the waffle are nice. Typical of gluten free baked items, these have no "chew" or "tear", the Waffle easily falls apart. I find them really similar to Birch Benders Waffles from their Keto mix. The sausage straight up sucks, imo. Rubbery & blah. I'll pass. I pulled the cheese off because I wanted to eat them with syrup. I won't buy these again. I can make much better on my own, almost as quickly...especially if I meal prep & freeze the extras.
