Most of the bad reviews are people who obviously aren't used to diet foods. For me this was perfect! The patty tastes really good, exactly like you would expect a chicken sausage to taste like. Its a decently sized patty too. The waffles are a little gritty but didn't bother me because I knew not to expect fluffy flour waffles. I popped the waffles and sausage in my toaster oven and put the cheese after I took everything out to reassemble my sandwich, it melted with the residual heat. The waffles came out toasty on the outside and soft on the inside. Paired it with protein milk and I stayed full until lunch time! I'll definitely be buying these regularly!

I typically don't like pre-made, frozen breakfasts. These are tasty and filling! I hope Sam's continues to carry them.

Julian‘s recipe keto breakfast sandwich is fast, easy and super delicious! The product has excellent mouth feel, doesn't taste like it's missing any ingredients (sugar) and is perfect fast breakfast. Can't wait to replenish my supply!

Maybe this is good for some, but I found these sandwiches to be dry, tasteless, and the waffles had kind of a gritty texture. Sawdust is what it makes me thing of.

I purchased these yesterday so i can have diffrent options for a quick meal, Well after getting home I decided to eat one for lunch, after seeeing the size i realized it was perfect to pull the bottom waffle off after cooking and add a fresh over med fried egg, reassembled and topped with with 1 serving of sugar free syrup. 10 out of 10!!! This will be a staple in my meal set as long as its available.

I think these are good for a quick low-carb breakfast if you're tired of eggs every morning.I deconstruct the sandwich and warm the waffles in the toaster and the cheese/sausage in the microwave. If you're expecting traditional fluffy waffles, you'll be disappointed.

These were prefect for me and I really enjoyed them. It's seems like people expect the taste of McDonald's with healthy ingredients. That's not going to happen. My only complaint is they recently changed the recipe and doubled the net carbs from 3 to 6. The Wafel is larger, thicker and has a better appearance, but I like the original better.

Ok people seem to be reviewing these as if they expect a keto (extremely low carb) waffle to taste like a Belgian waffle made with flour and soaked in syrup or something. For what these are, a super low carb high protein mimic, I think they're extremely good.
