[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biggest problem with this dryer is there is no light inside the drum. We have to use a flash light to make sure we get all the dark stuff out of the dryer, just doesn't make sense. Cycles work well after figuring out what button work with which settings. Dries clothes well. End of signal could be louder or adjustable. Lint makes it past the lint catcher and gave to vacuum out below the catcher to make sure lint does build up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dryer! Door open to the side making it easier to reach inside. Large capacity , has a number of cycles and dries quickly. So far, it's efficiency is superior to my old dryer. It has the consistency to be a stable appliance.

Bought along with a matching washer. Washer is a disappointment due to noise. Dryer works well although I think the weird lint filter misses too much. Very large capacity. If you are considering purchasing be aware the inside is all black and there is no light, a cheap left out. As a result you can't see when you leave darker items in it. Wouldn't have thought no light would be an issue but it is. If you can raise it so light could get in maybe it would work for you. I can't recommend this unit. Don't know who tests these products but they do a poor job

This dryer doesn't dry towels or bedding well at all. The presets don't work well and when attempting to pair the dryer to the app in order to stop the noise when the drying is over, the app never pairs or works. The load capacity is good with ample space.

We had recently started to experience issues with our old dryer, and Samsung was one of the brands we were researching, so we were thrilled to get this new set by Samsung. The entire process screamed efficiency! The delivery process was quick and painless. The delivery was seamless and I've noticed that the drying process is much more efficient. The dryer has a small footprint and has sufficient capacity for the size of our family. I also loves that it cools the clothes before it ends so that you aren't burned when you remove the clothes. I wish the tune that were played was selectable and I wish there was a light in the dryer. Outside of that, I'm happy with this unit and would recommend it to my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using our new Samsung dryer for around 6 months. Since it is just the wife and I that live here, it doesn't get used a ton. My old dryer allowed custom times for drying and this one only allows 20, 40 or 60 minutes for timed dry. Took a bit to get used to that but has been no problem. Having gotten used to the new settings, I'm now very happy with the dryer. My only "complaint" is that there is no way to alter the tune played after drying is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is very efficient it drys the clothes really well and pretty fast. It is quieter than other dryers I have had. It wholes a lot of clothes. I can wash and dry a whole week of my sons and husband's work clothes at one time if I wanted too. The filter it great on it It filters little particles of metal from my son's work clothes.

Heating fuses and elements went out after 20 months. Very poor performance on lifespan
