Great capacity, but Sensor Dry falls short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung 7.2 cu ft dryer for about 4 months now. Overall I really like it, but the sensor dry feature falls short of my expectations. The size is a big win, easily handles large loads. The dryer has a nice range of settings and feels modern and easy to use. My main issue is with the sensor dry feature. It tends to shut off before clothes are fully dry. I often have to run an additional timed cycle to finish the job, which defeats the purpose of having a sensor based setting.

Poor Drying Performance and App Doesn’t work

This dryer doesn’t dry towels or bedding well at all. The presets don’t work well and when attempting to pair the dryer to the app in order to stop the noise when the drying is over, the app never pairs or works. The load capacity is good with ample space.

Good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very large capacity for drying. It actually may be too big because sometimes the items do not dry entirely. I have never had a dryer without a light inside and I do miss that. You have to almost climb in to see if you have retrieved everything.

It’s a dryer

Doesn't dry

Could not believe that this dryer doesn't dry adequately.....damp. and suggestion not to add towels to other items seems ridiculous since I've always mix clothing in past. Awful dryer and so sad I spent money on it.

Exhaust vent clamp refuses to tighten

Exhaust vent clamp refuses to tighten and is allowing dust lint and hot air to vent in the laundry room. I can loosen the clamp but not tighten it. This problem exists on both clamps.
