Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is a huge improvement over my old one! The delicate cycle takes wrinkles out without drying the clothes. Towels and sheets dry nicely and again they are wrinkle free. I really like this dryer!

Easy to use and good quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so happy when we received our dryer. This dryer replaced a ten year old Samsung dryer. It’s well built, easy to use, and works great. It’s a very attractive design. I know we will have it for years to come!

1 year later review!!! Doesn’t dry well.

i was so happy to upgrade from our old maytag dryer. i seen this set and thought its quality would be comparable to other samsung products i have owned. i love the way it looks and its little chime when dry cycle ends. the problem is that my clothes are consistently damp. i almost always have to go over 1 hour extra dry setting and dry again to achieve regular dryness. it feels like it never gets really hot. i always clean lint out but it doesnt improve its functionality. my matching washer is giving me an error code already and this is almost literally to my date of purchase. so i’d say definitely get extra warranties as new products these days seem to be lower quality.

smooth Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is a smooth running machine. Once I loaded the clothes in the dryer and pushed a few buttons off and quiet as a mouse it worked. Front loader not to low like other appliances. The timer lets you know when the clothes will be ready as well as the step by step process of the cycle . I am in absolute love with it.

Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is the most spacious and best dryer I have owned! It gets the job done and can handle big loads! The sleek design and great quality build makes this one of my favorite appliance purchases! Between the space and the sensor dry function (which is amazing) I'll never have to guess if my load is going to be dry the first time around! Between comforters, blankets, and huge fabric loads for our business I know it will be dry every time!

GOOD WASHER

Love, Love, Love

disappointed

i got this dryer to match my washer. it worked great the first month. then it would turn off before it was done drying. had a technician come out and tell me to use time dry instead of sensor dry. now about 3 weeks later using time dry it won't heat until its been running for about 30 minutes. it takes 90 minutes to dry a load of laundry.

We're glad that you brought this up, Amanda. If your dryer is heating but the clothes are still damp, your vent is probably blocked. If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent. And if your dryer ends after only a couple minutes with soaking wet clothes, your moisture sensors could be dirty. And these are only some of the possible causes. Do not reccomend.

We have had this dryer for less than a year, and TWO times i have had to call a repair team out to fix it, and these instances weren't even 3 months apart. The dryer belt keeps popping off and all they say is to stop over loading it, however we never have big loads, and both times the belt popped off, we had the smallest of loads in. Also, having to wait 2+ weeks for service is absolutely ridiculous.

Poor quality

We had this machine for 24 days when we requested our first repair for sensor dry not working. After 2 repair visits & many calls & video chats & text conversations & multiple miscommunications & disconnected calls emails the problem is STILL not resolved. I've been disconnected yet 2 more times today. They know it's a bad machine & just keep passing the buck. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG !!!!! Junk
