[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new washing machine and being a person who likes for everything to match, I had to have the dryer! Love my dryer! So many drying features, love that it reminds my kids to clean the dryer vent!

We have had this dryer for less than a year, and TWO times i have had to call a repair team out to fix it, and these instances weren't even 3 months apart. The dryer belt keeps popping off and all they say is to stop over loading it, however we never have big loads, and both times the belt popped off, we had the smallest of loads in. Also, having to wait 2+ weeks for service is absolutely ridiculous.

The lint screen is a little strange to get lint out of but no big deal. Has great capacity. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple dryer, for like a rental, first home, or single person venturing out on their own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one great dryer. It is the perfect compact size for a small laundry area, or even a bigger one. Don't let its size fool you though, as it has a large capacity drum that can hold even a large load of linens. It dries the first time, every time. It is super quiet and plays a little melody at the end of each cycle to let you know it's done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start with what I love the most about this drier, and that is the auto sensor. It knows when my clothes are dry. I set it too auto and leave. I come back and my clothes are dried to the level I had set them to. I stick my head in the drier and look for the sensors, I don't see any lol . How it knows, I have no idea but it fascinates me that it can distinguish between very / more / normal and damp. And it so quick, 45 minutes (my old drier sometimes took upto two hours) for an average size load. And unlike my old drier that had that old buzzer sound that went Bzzzzzzz, this Samsung electric drier plays a cute musical tune to let you know that your clothes are ready. Now if drier could only fold the clothes..... Maybe the next model I purchase from Samsung in a decade or so will have that feature. The photo below are the family refusing to fold and from delivery day.

I bought this in November of 2022 and literally two weeks after my 1 year warranty it has already stopped working. The dryer won't heat anymore. I've used all the videos provided and nothing helped. Quite frustrated because it's just me and my wife. We only do laundry a few times a week.

We have this dryer, the lint trap behind the door is terrible. Every time I open it to clean out , lint falls out of it and gets on my floor. Make a better lint trap that is easy clean no extra mess when used. On our old dryer that had a lint trap on top of the dryer and was much larger worked perfectly to clean and did not have to pop open to clean and did not have lint falling out all over the place.

The dryer dries fine but the sound feature cannot be turned down or disabled. This means that if the dryer cycle finishes, the chime will continue to repeat every few minutes until you open and close the door and manually turn off the dryer using the button. It doesn't sound like that big of a deal but trust me, it is! It will literally chime all night. I would never, ever recommend this dryer or purchase this dryer again.

We have received two dryers so far with defects. First was dented and damaged . The second time the belt broke with only 2 months of use and have not used any heavy loads that would exceed capacity. Have not been able to dry clothes for months . It is covered under warranty but the time it takes to repair is about a month. Would not recommend to anyone. There are cheaper brands that are much more reliable .
