[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE how quiet this dryer is. It dries quickly and is easy to use. I really like how the lint catcher has flap on it so when you pull it out to clean, lint doesn’t fall back in.

i swear it takes 2 hours for my regular sized loads to dry !! energy efficient my ***. seriously disappointed. ive tried every setting ane no better.

I was told by customer service there is no way to turn off any of the sounds or the song that plays at the end of a cycle. If you don't want to wake up your household when doing a load at night then stay away.

have had nothing but issues since we received our dryer in october. technicians will be here again on tuesday to see if they can figure out the issue. the dryer shuts off at will during the manual cycle.
