These have an odd thick paper-like casing on them. It's horrible. It's not easily removable before or after boiling. It took me a while to get it off one. They have good flavor otherwise. I have never experienced such thick paper-like casings before. Not sure if they recently changed or what, this is my first time trying them.

They recently changed their recipe and the sausages are no longer low in fat. Taste has also been significantly compromised as the texture has changed due to the higher fat content. We used to buy these weekly but will not buy again unless the recipe reverts back to the original.

We were very disappointed with these. I took a chance and bought these when the brand Sam's used to carry was no longer available in store. The skins were extremely tough! The meat inside the casing was dry, they were virtually inedible. Would never recommend these.

I bought these last week and the inside flavor is good , but the casing is just too tough to bite through. I cooked them in the air fryer and the microwave both techniquies did not work. still too tough. I guess I can try boiling them down first. My first mind was to buy the other brand with the 3 flavors in it. But I settled for this one because Members Mark products are good most of the time... I wont purchase or recomment these again

I had a sample of this sausage in the store. It isn't your normal spicy sausage. Found it to be slightly sweet, hint of cinnamon, smoother texture. It's very good with sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms in a bread roll. I would buy this again.

Great for ww Blue plan. Sliced and air fried is the way to go.

The casing is extremely tough. Hopefully the dog will eat them!

Chicken sausage has great flavors and a delicious change to eating chicken. Good deal for the price. We grill them & then have over a salad.

The skins were tough. The taste was a strong, salty cinnamon type flavor...not good at all. Threw them out!
