This was my first time purchasing these sausages. If you are looking for a good chicken sausage with a true applewood smoke flavor these are the ones for you. I have some very picker eaters at home but they gobbled these up with no problem.

Purchased these for a family cookout and everyone enjoyed them. Easy to grille and they cooked up quickly in no time. We cut them up and served on a toothpick as an appetizer. Thoroughly enjoyed by all in attendance. Would purchase again at this price in the future.

LOVE these sausages! I grill them and put a little BBQ sauce on and eat them up! They have a nice texture and a slight sweet flavor. Will be buying these again!

These sausages were a huge hit for our immediate family birthday gathering during the 4th of July weekend. My family loved them and will definitely be purchasing more! These are a must-buy for those of you who are chicken lovers. They're seasoned well. Cook well on the grill!!

I got this product as a sample to try and I am so happy I got to participate. My whole family loved and ate this product. We grilled ours. My daughter is a very picky eater and even she loved it. The apple smoked flavor is very mild. I would recommend this product.

I made some of these sausages on the grill last night and they were really good! My daughter doesn't eat beef or pork, so we had to try them out. I even made a few extra for breakfast, but we enjoyed them so much that we ended up eating the extras too! I made some on the stovetop for use with an egg and sausage scramble. They weren't as juicy as on the grill, but still tasted great!

The apple flavor definitely came thorough, and the fact this was made from chicken vs. beef was not bad at all. A bit dry despite only a few minutes on the grill, would have benefited from a little fat to give it juiciness, or some pepper jack or gouda cheese mixed in with the sausage

These were a nice alternative to normal brats or smoked sausages. They did not grill as nicely as what i am used to and I would say they are a little on the drier side, but they have good flavor and are not as salty as some other products I have purchased in the past.

I barbequed the sausage as recommended and the flavors were really good. I was able to taste the apple flavor and of course the chicken. The apple flavor could've been just a little stronger but that's just my preference. The only thing I did not find appealing was the casing. It was a little to thick and chewy. Other that everything was good.

Really, thick, tough chewy casing!! We almost had to gnaw our way through the sausage.
