The apple flavor definitely came thorough, and the fact this was made from chicken vs. beef was not bad at all. A bit dry despite only a few minutes on the grill, would have benefited from a little fat to give it juiciness, or some pepper jack or gouda cheese mixed in with the sausage

These apple smoked sausage are exploding with rich, clean apple flavor! We paired them with sautéed onions and gouda cheese. They were excellent on the grill. I also sautéed them with eggs for breakfast. The price is outstanding, you get 12 very large sausage for less than $12! We are looking forward to trying all of the flavors.

I tried this sausage as a part of a survey. i cooked it for breakfast in my air fryer but did not care for the spices in it as a breakfast meal so i tried it again in both gumbo and alfredo. Both dishes were excellent, the spices used are more compatible with these recipes. the chicken is an excellent pork substitute. the apple smoke flavor is very mild.

I have tried these both grilled and cooked in my airfryer and noticed no different. They were flavorful--you could really appreciate the apple in these chicken sausages. Like others, they were somewhat dry so when you cooked them, the natural sausage casing became very chewy and difficult to cut, even with my brand new sharp steak knives. My kids found them totally unappetizing. I found these to have sweetness from the apple (and apple juice according to the ingredients) but also way too salty (960 mg of sodium in 1 link!). I appreciated the simple ingredient list, but the texture reminded was spongy and mildly off-putting. These are fully cooked, so I only needed to heat them 8-10 minutes on either grill or using my air fryer without having to worry about whether it was done. Overall, I would not purchase these again, even if on promotion.

These sausages are really yummy but could be improved with just a few tweaks. First, the sweet is delicious but needs to be balanced with a bit more savory, perhaps a little tarragon and a bit of heat. I also think it could use a bit more smoke flavor. The texture is perfect and the snap of the casing couldn't be better. I made this with wilted cabbage and onions. I can't wait to try it in other preparations.

Just had a family reunion this last weekend, and we decided to serve these Saturday afternoon to get the whole families opinion on them, we cooked up all 12 of them, everyone that was lucky enough to get one, LOVED them, very juicy, flavorful, looked great after cooking too! We cooked them on the grill, and the apple flavor was enhanced by the grill I thought. Would buy again, they were really good!

I made these sausages for dinner yesterday and the entire family enjoyed them very much. The apple makes the sausage taste ever so slightly sweet and light which makes it a perfect addition for summer cookouts. However I'm certain it would also make a great sheet pan dinner along side veggies and potatoes.

I recently bought these froms sams and cooked then on the grill. they were very juicy and sweet. better than the orginals and i thought they were awesome! these are a must for any cookout or just for a dinner item. I highly reccomend this product. the apple flavor was so good! will def be buying more!

These were a nice alternative to normal brats or smoked sausages. They did not grill as nicely as what i am used to and I would say they are a little on the drier side, but they have good flavor and are not as salty as some other products I have purchased in the past.

These sausages were a huge hit for our immediate family birthday gathering during the 4th of July weekend. My family loved them and will definitely be purchasing more! These are a must-buy for those of you who are chicken lovers. They're seasoned well. Cook well on the grill!!
