I made some of these sausages on the grill last night and they were really good! My daughter doesn't eat beef or pork, so we had to try them out. I even made a few extra for breakfast, but we enjoyed them so much that we ended up eating the extras too! I made some on the stovetop for use with an egg and sausage scramble. They weren't as juicy as on the grill, but still tasted great!

These sausage are wonderful.Me and my family enjoyed them very much. They are flavorful and smoky but not to smokey . They are a a little bit larger than bun size. Excellent quantity for the price. Great taste for chicken sausage. I will definitely purchase them again.

These apple smoked sausage are exploding with rich, clean apple flavor! We paired them with sautéed onions and gouda cheese. They were excellent on the grill. I also sautéed them with eggs for breakfast. The price is outstanding, you get 12 very large sausage for less than $12! We are looking forward to trying all of the flavors.

These sausages are really yummy but could be improved with just a few tweaks. First, the sweet is delicious but needs to be balanced with a bit more savory, perhaps a little tarragon and a bit of heat. I also think it could use a bit more smoke flavor. The texture is perfect and the snap of the casing couldn't be better. I made this with wilted cabbage and onions. I can't wait to try it in other preparations.

I picked up a package of the chicken apple sausage and I wasn't quite sure how I was going to serve it. The first time I cooked several links on the stovetop according to the package directions, sliced the cooked links into rounds and served with eggs for breakfast. The sausage wasn't as sweet as I was anticipating, based on previous reviews, and I was happy about that. The second time I cooked several links, sliced lengthwise, on a stovetop grill pan according to the package directions and served them with new potatoes for dinner. Also not as sweet as previous reviewers indicated. I'm still not sure how else to serve the sausage, and whether it is suitable more for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My family is more used to traditional smoked sausage and andouille sausage (as part of jambalaya, red beans and rice, etc), and I don't think they're that into the flavor of this sausage. I don't think I can substitute it in jambalaya, red beans and rice, etc. It tasted good, but I'm not sure I'd buy it again unless I had a recipe that specifically called for it, or found some additional serving suggestions.

The apple flavor definitely came thorough, and the fact this was made from chicken vs. beef was not bad at all. A bit dry despite only a few minutes on the grill, would have benefited from a little fat to give it juiciness, or some pepper jack or gouda cheese mixed in with the sausage

I barbequed the sausage as recommended and the flavors were really good. I was able to taste the apple flavor and of course the chicken. The apple flavor could've been just a little stronger but that's just my preference. The only thing I did not find appealing was the casing. It was a little to thick and chewy. Other that everything was good.

I made these sausages for dinner yesterday and the entire family enjoyed them very much. The apple makes the sausage taste ever so slightly sweet and light which makes it a perfect addition for summer cookouts. However I'm certain it would also make a great sheet pan dinner along side veggies and potatoes.

These have a very nice sausage meaty texture. Theres a little snap and crunch in the bite which I love when eating sausage. The flavor is more apple vs a smoked flavor. I cooked these on the grill and we have eaten them sliced with toothpicks as an appetizer and in a bun. My family, guests and myself all enjoyed them and I would definitely have these as a staple for all of my upcoming barbecues.

I got this product as a sample to try and I am so happy I got to participate. My whole family loved and ate this product. We grilled ours. My daughter is a very picky eater and even she loved it. The apple smoked flavor is very mild. I would recommend this product.
