The skins were tough. The taste was a strong, salty cinnamon type flavor...not good at all. Threw them out!

The sausage casings on the last package we bought was so tough that it was hard to cut. Chewing was impossible. Love the flavor, but please make them edible!

A good flavor and texture, easy to make. However, they could do with 1/2 the pile of salt that they are currently loaded with. Eat 2 or 3 and you'll definitely need to counter it with a big drink or veggies or something.

The sausage flavor is alright, but the casing is unnecessarily thick. Removing the casing is difficult and shredds the sausage. This was not our experience in the past so the processing has changed.

Love the flavor and quality of the sausages! I have tried several brands with this flavor and members mark is the best!! I always keep some in the freezer for quick meal ideas!!

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy that I did. They are very flavorful alone as well as in a dish. Will definitely purchase again.

Enjoyed these with friends recently. Great flavor with pieces of apple in just about every bite of juicy sausage. I want to try in Chicken and Waffles recipe soon!

When I bought this I thought it was smoked over apple wood but I think it has very small apple bits in the sausage. First time I had this brand just wasn't my favorite.

Slice them down the middle and put them in the oven. They remind me of the other sausages that I use to eat but without all the other crazy ingredients. #whole30approved

Delicious! The samples were large and tasty. But the product was way down the row from the tasting station. I bought the for tailgating this Saturday.
