Let us help by troubleshooting and isolating your TV connection. Please follow the instructions provided below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button. Check if the lines appear on the menu screen, proceed to the next step. Perform a power reset. Turn off your TV. Unplug the AC power cord. Leave your TV unplugged for two minutes, then plug it back in. Turn on your TV. Press the HOME button again to display the menu screen. If no lines are visible on the menu screen after power reset, other external sources connections could be the cause of the issue. Check if the cable is firmly connected to the TV and the connected device and make sure it is not loose. Use a spare cable to replace the currently used one and see if the situation will improve. Use another input terminal of the TV. Connect your device to other input terminals of your TV.
